we have added these comments from our returning guests.

From Sheryl Watson who spent 6 nights at Bar-B-Barn - June, 2010
I like Bar B Barn and loved the people working there too. I would stay there next time. I have stayed at Rondel Village twice, Hidden Paradise twice, Nirvana, Idle Awhile and Coco La Palm.

From Celeste and Matt Sena who spent 6 nights at Negril Escape - April, 2010
Hi Sue Bob & Derek,
Derek we want to thank you for booking our wonderful honeymoon in April at Negril Escape. We had a wonderful time!! Sue & Bob we met you at Sea Star when Julie from Escape brought us there for dinner and music. We enjoyed seeing Bob grooving with the band.
We're looking forward to returning to Jamaica!! Thanks in advance!!!
Celeste & Matt Sena

From Yanique Walters who spent her vacation with friends at Coco La Palm - April, 2010
Hello Negril One Stop Family,
I wanted to say thank you for your suggestion of the CoCo La Palm resort. It definitely is one of the hidden jewels in Negril. Not only was it affordable, but it boasts one of the nicest beach front properties for such a great cost. I have stayed at pricier properties, whose beach front was not as picturesque. The two pools and the jacuzzi were the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly, accommodating and always willing to help. When I arrived, I did not like my room location and the staff gladly switched it for me, No Problem Mon! The rooms were clean, well kept and provided excellent hot water. The AC worked like a charm as well as did the ceiling fans for those of us who just want some cool air.
I would highly recommend the CoCo La Palm to anyone and will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Jamaica.
Thanks again,
Yanique W. and friends

From Ann and Brian Schmitt who spent 5 nights at Bar-B-Barn - Mar, 2010
Derek,
Thank again for all of the great service from One Stop Negril. We had such a GREAT time in Negril and will definitely use One Stop Negril for our next trip to Jamaica.
First, we asked around and found out that we got a great deal on our air flight. Thank you for checking out the flights for us to get this great deal.
I already emailed you how much we enjoyed our drivers. We really felt welcome by Paulty. He gave us a great introduction to the Jamaican culture. It was truly one of the best rides from the airport to the hotel. It gave us a great way to start the vacation.
For our hotel, we really liked Bar-B-Barn with the breakfast and dinner. It was the perfect combination of a boutique hotel and all-inclusive. We loved not having to look around for breakfast and dinner. The food was FANTASTIC! We really liked the staff at Bar-B-Barn.
We loved the "Wild Thing" catamaran and would recommed it to do again.
Thanks again Derek,
Anne and Brian Schmitt

From Krista Fraser who spent 5 nights at Bar-B-Barn - Mar, 2010
Hey Derek!
The vacation went great! Negril was beautiful and the Bar B Barn was perfect. The food was beyond amazing and the winter special definitely did our stomach's and wallet's justice. The location was perfect as well, beach right in our backyard and we visited Alfred's, Jungle, Margaritaville and Ricks Cafe. I'd definitely visit Negril as well as the Bar B Barn again.
Thank you so much for you help!
Look forward to booking through Onestop again, will definitely recommend your services to others!
Thanks again!

From Gertrude Kearns who spent 7 nights at Bar-B-Barn - Mar, 2010
Dear Bob and Susan
The Bar B Barn was an excellent place to stay in Negril. Negril itself was certainly very hustle focused. I avoided tourist scenes as much as possible. Did enjoty a couple of great Reggae concerts and spent time in the mountains, caves and springs. The week went quickly.
Beach beautiful but so built up with resorts and sales that one could never feel you were 'really away'.
But all in all I am glad to have gone and gotten a better understanding of Jamaican culture.
Many thanks again.
Best, Trudy

From Monalisa and Sheldon Dias who spent 2 nights at Negril Escape - Mar, 2010
Hi,
Just letting everyone at Onestop know that my husband and I had a great time at Negril Escape. We stayed at Bamboo Ave upper level. Great views and wonderful staff. The resort look exactly like the pictures. No hassle check in. We even got a rum punch welcome drink. Check out was a breeze. We will definitely do it again.
Once again, thanks for everything.
Monalissa

From Jeff and Cindy Mies who spent 7 nights at Bar-B-Barn - Feb, 2010
Thanks for recommending Bar-B-Barn. It was really a nice place! Loved the food and it was just what we were looking for. The price was great and we really enjoyed the room and food at one price. The people who work at Bar-B-Barn were great. We would stay again. Its been so nice booking trips with you, I have recommended you to a lot of people. You find just what we are looking for. We also stayed at Catcha and enjoyed that very much.
Thanks again,
Cindy

From Bill Rushmore who spent 7 great nights at Sea Splash - Feb, 2010
Bob,
I wanted to thank you for the Sea Splash recommendation. My wife and I had one of the best vacations ever. Gregory and his crew do a wonderful job. The resort was very clean and well kept.
Thanks again,
Bill Rushmore

From Connie Smith and Mike Kirby who spent 3 nights at Xtabi and 2 nights at Bar B Barn - Feb, 2010
Hey Susan,
It’s Connie Smith. Mike and I had a Fabulous time at both Xtabi and BarBbarn the first week or February. In fact, we are considering cancelling our Ski Trip to Colorado this March and bringing our sons back to Negril instead.
Connie Smith / Mike Kirby

From Connie Prater who wrote a review about the new Lingah By The Sea Restaurant at Negril Beach Club Condos - Jan, 2010
Hi Susan,
I saw your comment about the new restaurant at Negril Beach Condos/Mariners and wanted to let you know that we stayed there over Thanksgiving for 12 days. We were a party of seven adults and we all loved the new restaurant called Lingah By The Sea. The buffets were spectacular! And most of the time $20.00 or less...what a deal.
Usually we like to bounce around and try different eateries but we were hard pressed to miss out on the meals they served. The Chef was always friendly and wanted to know what we thought of all the dishes. His name was Orlando. He is Jamaician but trained in the US. The presentation of his dishes made you feel like you were dining at a 5 star restaurant! They were beautiful! You could tell he took great pride in his cooking. And the serving sizes were more than enough, even for the guys.
Saturday was Jamaician night and Orlando spent his time cooking outside on the grill. Breakfasts and lunches were also fantastic and again the potions were large enough for the biggest eater!
As you can tell I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. We have stayed at Negril Beach Club for over 10 years now and have seen many changes in their restaurant. Hopefully this one will stay around. Service was also wonderful.
Hope this helps!
Connie Prater

From Shelley Mathew who spent 8 nights at Coco La Palm - Jan, 2010
Shelly posted something on your Wall and wrote:
"Derek!! I am at Coco La Palm right now!!!! Thanks for the hook up!!!! YA MAN!!!!! Having a great time!!!!! Will give a great review when I get back!!!! Come back to Jamaica!!!!! Everyting is Irie!!!!"

From Heather Stevens who spent 7 nights at Xtabi - Dec, 2009
Hi Susan,
We had a great trip to Negril, didn't want it to end. Xtabi was wonderful and we very much enjoyed cottage #2. Hope to check out cottage 1 or 4 someday as the kitchenette is appealing.
Thank you again for all of your assistance and we look forward to working with you again in the future-- there will be many more Negril trips, Jah willing.
Sincerely,
Heather Stevens

From Myrna Grossman who spent 7 nights at Sunset On The Cliffs - Jan, 2010
Hi Derek -
We are back home after our wonderful vacation and family event at the Cliffs. Thank you so much for everything you did.
Our room was large and had an ocean view, the staff was simply wonderful and attentive - and the food was great.
The only complaint I had (and told to June) is that they served too much food!! Terrible complaint isn't it?
Again thank you for your attention and if you can put up with me, I will contact you to make arrangements for future trips. We don't travel as much as we used to but you are on my Roladex and I will be sure to get in touch.

From Janis Steele who spent 10 great nights at Bar-B-Barn - Jan, 2010
I just returned from 10 nights over New Year's Eve at Bar B Barn. We've stayed at many hotels on the beach & across from the beach in Negril. Bar B Barn is by far the best all around choice! First of all, it is clean and the customer service is 2nd to none. It is a great location; close to downtown Negril, right on the beach, many live music venues are in walking distance and good food is all around. The food is fantastic at the hotel, so we ended up eating there far more than we normally do while on vacation. Breakfast was included which is always a great way to start the day! We always book through Negril Onestop, who also provides service 2nd to none. I'd highly recommend BarBBarn and Onestop!

From Michelle Jantz who spent 10 nights at Bar-B-Barn - Jan, 2010
Greetings Onestop Friends - We just returned from another great trip to Jamaica. We stayed at Bar B Barn and just want you to know that Angela runs a top notch shop there. The hotel was clean, comfortable, very enjoyable and I can't say enough about all of the staff. Their customer service was amazing.
Additionally, I echo what Janis said about Winston. You really have a great guy on the ground in Winston. He is so professional and responsible. His van is comfortable, clean and always on time! I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the friendly face when we arrive as well as the superb customer service.

From Sandy Yakim and friends who had another wonderful stay at Charela Inn - Nov./09
Hi everyone,
1st thank you Derek for the bottle rum creme. It was yummy and gone before we left. The whole Fleming, Neely, Sweeny, Yakim and Duncan group sadly made the trip home yesterday. Charela was delightful as ever and there were people who where there last year. The owners had a Cocktail Party which was wonderful and of course the staff was mostly all still there which made it nice. They aren't putting coffee in the rooms any more so we went out and bought some. The drivers were great and we actually used the cards to go to dinner at LCJ or LCB- I can never get the letters right. (LTU)
We loved it and we will do again.
Thanks again,
Sandy Yakim

From Blair Robinson who spent 7 nights at Beachcomber Club - Nov./09
Hi Derek, We had a great time in Negril and fantastic service from Winston.
Thanks for making it easy.
Blair Robinson

From Marilyn and Don Sposato who had a great time at Floyd's Pelican Bar Mar Blue - Nov./09
Hi folks, Just a quick feedback on the wonderful day we had driving across Jamaica with Winston and then taking the boat ride to Floyd's Pelican Bar. What a great once-in-lifetime experience! Floyd grilled us a fresh caught fish - I believe it was a yellowjack- and it was outstanding!! Overall a day we will never forget! Winston was a wonderful gentleman, as was Floyd, and extremely well informed on Jamaica history, culture, etc plus he knew where the best prices were for shopping for rum!! A+++ all the way. Thank you for arranging this wonderfull day for us.
Marilyn & Don

From Heather Begley who is on her way to Sea Star November, 2009

You're awesome! Thanks for the update and I appreciate you working on this. You guys run a great company and it's always a pleasure working with you!
Have a wonderful weekend.
Heather Begley
Wow, thanks Heather, glad we were able to match the sale price for you!

From Greg Mewhirter who spent 4 nights at Sunset On The Cliffs June, 2009
Hi Bob,
Thanks for your help in setting us up @ Sunset on Cliffs. It worked out fine for our overall needs. The room was clean and the A/C was a big help as it was pretty hot while we were there. I was thinking breakfast was included, but double checked the one-stop printout and it didn't state that, so I must have been confused. The arrival at the airport and looking for the shuttle driver was a bit of an eye opener. It seemed everyone was swarming us to help or look for a gratuity (etc.). It worked out fine of course. More of the flow from peaceful airport customs scene to instant chaos. ha
I'll recommend you to someone going there for your help.
Greg Mewhirter

From Anna and family who spent 6 nights at Coco La Palm June, 2009
Hey Derek!
We are back from Coco. Just a quick note to say we had a wonderful stay at a fabulous price. The private transfer to the resort was great. We will be back at Coco and certainly use Negril Onestop. I sent my husband the link, just in case he wanted to take me back sooner than next summer. Coco appealed to my 60+ parents (they are going back again) and my 11 -year old son. We will probably never do an AI again.
Thanks for all your help
Regards,Anna Ten Hoven

From Mark and Fran who spent 7 nights at Country Country May, 2009

Hello Susan,
Our vacation was excellent!! Thanks for arranging a stress free vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay at Country Country. The staff was excellent and our cottage was everything your web site said it would be. We will be returning again next year...same time. I will highly recommend Negril Onestop to our friends. Also our driver Winston was a jewel. He was prompt and very professional. Thank's to you and Bob for taking the time to visit us on the beach. That was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for making our annual trip to Negril awesome!
Mark and Fran
It was great to meet you too!! We look forward to helping you with your next vacation.
Bob, Susan, Derek and Bart

From Lisa Faley and family who spent 9 nights at Sunset On The Beach April/May, 2009

From Jeff Beller who spent 7 nights In Negril 4 at Tensing Pen and 3 at Idle Awhile the perfect cliffs/beach split.. Apr.2009
Hi Derek & Susan:
My wife and I just returned from a wonderful week in Negril. We went on this trip with high expectations and from the moment we arrived everything was wonderful.
Winston picked us up at the airport and Derek to us back. Both drivers were great and they took care of every request we had. Really enjoyed meeting both of them and hope to see them again in the future.
We were really looking forward to Tensing Pen and the cliffs since we had already stayed on the beach in Negril. My initial reaction, is the pictures do not do this place justice. This place was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved Rock Cottage II and will for sure return to this property again in the future. We also loved the Jamaican eating places across the street. We ate at Ras Rody's and Sharks a few times. We also took your recommendation on eating dinner at Rockhouse. I had the best snapper on the trip. What a nice place to have a sunset dinner.
We enjoyed Idle Awhile as well and found the staff the be really nice. I preferred the cliffs a little more but would return to this place again...loved the small feeling and the rooms were really nice.
Thanks again for everything the both of you did for us. We will certainly book our next Jamaica trip through OneStop...
Take Care,
Jeff Beller
Thanks a lot Jeff, Glad you had such a great time...talk to you soon!
Bob, Susan, Derek and Bart

From Eric and Madalina Chevalier who spent 7 nights at Charela Feb, 2009
Hello Onestop,
Thanks for booking us a great vacation.
Thanks again Derek, for all you did and your time. Charela was a paradise. Can't wait to go back to Jamaica. I look forward hearing from you soon.
Eric & Madalina

Hi Bob!
OMG...Jamaica was fabulous! Met some great people. Bongo took us & two other couples to the Roaring River caves. Popsy took us to Rick's Cafe but it wasn't open (too early) so we had some drinks at LTU/LTI next door. Fixit let me us onto the property adjacent to Rick's so we could get some pictures then we walked back to Samsara (35 minutes & two blisters later...ouch!). We made our way to Legends the day before we left. The ocean was a little rough beachside and it poured just before lunch. I did some shopping at Times Square then hung out at the bar until it was time for the shuttle to go back to Samsara. I think I prefer the cliffside. And yes, I jumped off the cliffs at Samsara. The view from the pillar house was fantastic. Sunsets from the balcony every night. Dolphins swimming by in the morning before breakfast. You can't ask for more. And being so close to the road, you don't even notice it. The staff were fabulous (Owayne, Aleiki, Angela), the food was impressive, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the outside shower was a blast.
Although we didn't get to meet Winston, perhaps on the next visit. I can't wait to go back. Westjet is offering flights for $300 CDN return in late-August (winks). What are the rates at Samsara from Aug 21 to 31st?
Talk to you soon.
Michelle

From Rachelle who had some really great comments
hi there... thanks for all your help... just wanted to let you know that my fiance decided to go ahead and book this directly with the hotel (he's a Jamaican and just picked up the phone and called them directly without telling me what he was doing!)...
I do appreciate all your help and will be sure to use your services in the future when appropriate (a lot of my trips are a bit more off the beaten path)... also, based on your responsive service, fantastic website and strong reputation, i'm very comfortable recommending you when i see appropriate on the discussion board I frequent (tripadvisor, i'm actually a "destination expert" for Jamaica, but you guys are the real Negril experts :) )
Thanks again for your help, look forward to doing business with you in the future...
Rachelle (Chelle)

From Scott and Darlene Shepherd who are spent 7 nights at Coco La Palm Jan, 2009
Scott Shepherd
Hi Susan,
We had such a great time on our Jamaican vacation!!. We cant wait to go back, and have been looking at the April/May specials already. Thanks so much Susan for all your help in getting us to the sun. The resort was near perfect, Winston was very professional and pleasant. He was there waiting for us on arrival, and unfortunately was prompt in picking us up to go home. We sure did not want to leave!!!
Our first trip to Negril was awesome and wont be our last.
Thanks again Susan and we'll be in touch for our next trip.
Cheers,
Scott 'n' Darlene

From Laurie Kiddell who spent 14 nights with her husband and daughter at Samsara January, 2009
We just returned from our annual 2 week vacation in Negril, where we stayed at the Samsara resort.
The staff is very attentive to your needs and the Owners Maurice and his wife Sabrina you will find everyday overseeing all the grounds, while they are making many improvements.
My family and I have stayed at several resorts in the past 5 years, and have to say this was truly one of our favorites. The pool with the fountain I found great to sit in a lounge chair in the pool and overlook the ocean/cliffs.
My husband had a set back with his foot (arthritis) which swelled up so bad he needed a wheelchair to leave, and the staff was there to accommodate him in the rain. The staff: O'Wayne, Michelle, Diva, Powder and the rest were very friendly.
We will definitely be returning next year.
Laurie & Lee

From Ms Richie from the UK who used out transfer service to travel between Negril, Treasure Beach and Montego Bay Dec/08
Hi ,I would just like to thank you for sorting out my transfers ,the driver was great and turned up early each time and drove safely. Very pleased with them and you and will book next time with you too.
We're looking forward to making your reservations.

From Jolie Meerdink who spent 4 nights at Merrils December, 2008
Wow! What a trip, just wished it would have lasted longer. I wanted to email you to let you know how smoothly things went. To be honest, I was a little anxious about the trip, wondering if we were scammed or not since I hadn't worked with Onestop before and the deal just seemed a little "too good to be true."
We landed and Kirk was our very accommodating, polite and cheerful driver. We'd highly recommend him and were very happy with his service (we were also lucky enough to have him drive us for our depature flight, too). Then we checked into Merrils 1 and found out we had been moved to Merrils 2, into a suite! Wow, again! Our room was about 30yds from the beach and we fell asleep to the ocean every night. The room was great, the food was good, the beach was amazing, the staff was very polite and all paid great attention to detail from the front desk woman who helped us make overseas phone calls, to the waitstaff that offered some white rum for my wasp stung foot, to Charlie (? seemed like head man) who always was making sure we were enjoying our stay...to everyone we encountered there.
I will be highly recommending your site to many of our friends who doubted we could enjoy a stay in Negril for such a low cost.
Thanks again!
Happy Holidays,
Joeli Meerdink
Wow back...thanks!
Bob, Susan, Derek and Bart

From Blake Wallace who sent us some kind comments.
Hi there I have booked with you guys for the last two years and I wanted to let you know how happy I am with your service. Everytime I have a question you answer it very fast and I always get a response from you. I have booked a few hotels that you have suggested to me and I can't tell you how great they have been. I have booked Marrils 1 and Coral Seas Beach and I noticed that they have changed their name.
I really like the changes that you have made to your website. It looks great.
I have had a few friends interested in Jamaica and I always suggest you guys. I have told them that your service and knowledge of Jamaica is outstanding.
I plan on booking with you guys again for this spring break very soon.
Anyways I just wanted to email you and tell you to keep up the great work.
Talk to you soon
Blake Wallace
Great to have this lind of feedback...thanks!
One love,
Bob, Susan, Derek and Bart

From Jim McKee who spent 6 nights at Foote Prints December, 2008
Bart,
Foote Prints was just fine and good value, especially compared to Swept Away.
Winston is an excellent driver and nice fellow.
Regards,
Jim

From Suzie Lemieux who spent 10 nights at Couples Swept Away Nov., 2008
Good morning Bart, and everyone at Onestop. We have returned from our vacation from Negril and had a wonderful time. Everything went just terrific. We have fallen in love with Jamaica and the people there and will be definitely booking another trip!!
I left the cell phone and the concierge desk in the main lobby, same place Winston dropped it off. I did try calling him on the morning we had left, but a message saying 'this number is restricting incoming calls' came on. So I apologize for the delay in getting in touch with you, but we arrived to our home late last night. There is still close to 500 JMD on the phone for the next person.
The phone was excellent, thank you again.
I will be in touch with you all shortly.
Thanks again,
Susie Lemieux
No probs Suzie, we collected the cell phone...thanks!!...and many thanks for the comments!
Bob, Susan, Derek and Bart

From Karen and Robert Wilson who spent 2 nights at Xtabi Nov., 2008
Bart, all l I can say is thank you! I wish I would have known about your website prior to me booking a majority of this trip, as I booked my flight then my accommodations at Couples separately, we don't always do all-inclusive. We have been to Jamaica several times and were married there, up in the hills of Roundground.
I really appreciate the time you to took to assist me with these two nights accommodations, as we did not want to have to spend out entire trip (10 days) at an all-inclusive - had I known I'd be hooked up with someone who could reserve these types of resorts (Xtabi, Tensing, Rock etc....) I would have not booked in so long at Couples.
I have thoroughly checked out the website Negrilonestop and I personally feel this is a great site that has been created; user friendly and it provides great detail regarding the resorts. I cannot believe the different choices of resorts (and the ability to see their location compared to surrounding resorts) offered compared to most sites I visit such as (Belair, Selloffvacations) who offer the same old.
I will be sure to share my positive experiences with my friends and collegues; as I am known as the vacation queen at work.
Again thank you, and my preferred customer and friendly tips info is a very nice touch.
All the best, Irie.
Karen

From Cheryl Washington who spent 6 nights at Sea Wind October, 2008
Derek,
Stayed at Sea Wind Resort October 18th thru the 24th. It was everything I wanted. It's quiet, it has a good size beach area, bar/restaurant, security and housekeeping all good people. I ate lunch and dinner at the resort's restaurant (Shereta's). $12 for sweet and sour pork chops...delicious! Also had the honey ginger pork chops and the Jerk Chicken...again I was licking my fingers! Oh yeah, pound cake with rum raisin ice cream...it was my birthday and I couldn't resist! The bar and restaurant overlook the ocean...beautiful. Palm trees line the walkway to my room. I stayed in room 107. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. 2 full beds, cable tv(Cinemax, Starz and Showtime), shower with bathtub, fridge, coffeemaker and plenty of closet space. Right outside my door, I had a lovely balcony area with a table and chair...some nights I sat and enjoyed the sounds of Jamaica...
I felt very comfortable during my stay. On Monday nights the resort offers Karaoke and on Thursday's a buffet and bonfire.
Sea Wind Resort is a very GOOD DEAL!
Cheryl

From Janet and Mark Woodson who spent 4 nights at Tensing Pen July, 2008
What a fabulous vacation! Tensingpen was wonderful and Rock Cottage II was the best! We had a great time and want to come back. How can we see when it is available again? The only negative was the staff at Tensingpen was just OK. We didn't let it get the best of us. The driver - Winston that picked us to and from the airport was top notch!!
THANK YOU!

From Christine and Jon Hartnett who split their vacation between Rockhouse and Country Country May, 2008
We traveled to Negril in October of last year and LOVED it. Onestop was great to work with and we were lucky to meet Bob and Susan while in Negril. We were torn between staying on the cliffs or the beach so we decided to do both. We can't wait to go back and will definitely be staying at the same hotels and of course booking thru Onestop.

From Liliana Marquesini who are spent 8 nights with her 3 best friends at Citronella May, 2008

Hi Bob and the rest of Onestop team:
This is just to let you know that we had a fantastic time at Citronella. My friends and I just fell in love with the Round House and its environment. The location, seclusion and charm of the place left us speechless. We are four friends from university in Argentina (ages ago!) who have been living our separate lives all over the world. We have make a custom to meet once a year somewhere nice. This year we met in Negril for 8 days, and it was just perfect!! We could relax of our hectics realities, enjoying the sea at our doorstep and the amazing views. Our days passed mainly swimming, snorkelling, reading (my favorite spot for that was definitely the hammock), talking long hours looking at the night-sky so full of stars, from our veranda. When we felt like meeting people we would go to the beach for the day, or to eat to some of the places near-by that offered amazing food (and honoured your discount vouchers), or watch the jumps at Rick's Cafe (we could even see the boats arriving to Rick's Cafe from our veranda and listen to Rick's music to know when was time to walk few steps and get into the noise. From our private sea-access we were once collected from a glass-bottom boat for some lovely snorkelling tour, with the extra value of been able to appreciate the cliffs from the sea-side. But overall, what will stay forever in our hearts is the sea-grotto shower, between the corals and the sound of the waves, specially at sunset time: unforgetable! All this while being completely isolated but at the same time, within close distance to where the action was, and feeling safe inside the Citronella resort (not a minor concern for a 4 women-alone party). So, we want to send a big thank-you to Bob and the rest of Onestop team for taking care of all our needs and even visiting us by the end of our stay!!
We are definitely coming back!
Thanks!!
Viviana, Laura, Alicia and myself (Liliana)

From Kristine Blake who are spent 8 relaxing nights at Xtabi May, 2008

X-Tabi is so sweet! The food and the cliffs are just heavenly. The staff are very courteous and professional. Snorkeling is awesome. I fell asleep in the new hammock next to the bar after a long day of swimming and a few rum punches. The curry conch is my FAVORITE food ever. X-Tabi makes it the BEST and I have eaten it in other Negril spots, Ochi, Port Antonio & Kingston. They win, hands down. Thanks to Janet & Allen for being the most gracious hosts. I also met "Bob" from Onestop, who caught me in the hammock!!
Going back again in July with my whole family.

From Jessica and Jeremiah Strong who are spent 7 nights at Couples Negril April, 2008
Hi Susan,
Well we are back from our trip to Couples Negril. It was a wonderful place and I wanted to thank you for your help in planning our trip!! I am wondering if you will be able to let me know if there are any specials that go on like last year with the free double upgrade? We are already thinking about our next trip.
Thanks,
Jessica & Jeremiah Strong

From Nicky and Brett Langhorn who spent 4 nights at Coco La Palm March, 2008
Bob, Susan, Mike & Bart, My husband Brett and I booked our stay at Coco La Palm from 3-27 with you guys for four nights before checking into the Ritz Carlton in Mobay for a business incentive earned vacation. We had to write and let you know how appreciative your services were for our four nights in Negril. We were celebrating our 2 year anniversary (married in Negril March of 2006) and are so happy that we found your company on tripadvisor. Winston & Kirk were AWESOME and made us feel right at home. Thank you agin for your guidance and making our 4th stay in Negril so memorable. Please continue to do what you are doing and making us feel that special connection to Negril. By the way, we would choose any hotel on the 7 mile beach over the Ritz anyday.
Again, HUGE props to Winston & Kirk.

From Rick Jackson who are spent 7 nights with his family at Rondel Village March, 2008
Had another great time in Jamaica! The 2 weeks was definitely the ticket. My kids are officially addicted just like their dad.
Thanks for the organizing and hanging in there with our group and planning. The Malcolm Bros did another fantastic job getting us in and out, and lining up the handy cell phone.
Much thanks, and God willing I will be looking to go again in 09!

From Nikki and Brett Reiber who are spent 4 nights at Coco La Palm March, 2008
Bob, Susan, & Mike & Bart, My husband Brett and I booked our stay at Coco La Palm from 3-27 with you guys for four nights before checking into the Ritz Carlton in Mobay for a business incentive earned vacation. We had to write and let you know how appreciative your services were for our four nights in Negril. We were celebrating our 2 year anniversary (married in Negril March of 2006) and are so happy that we found your company on tripadvisor. Winston & Kirk were AWSOME and made us feel right at home. Thank you agin for your guidance and making our 4th stay in Negril so memorable. Please continue to do what you are doing and making us feel that special connection to Negril. By the way, we would choose any hotel on the 7 mile beach over the Ritz anyday. Again HUGE props to Winston & Kirk.

Just to let you know, that you guys have provided excellent service. In my field, customer service is paramount so I'm tough to satisfy...don't get me started on AirTransat!!! It's always nice to get compliments and you guys deserve it. I'm going to recommend you.

Thanks Lisa!! We hope that you'll book your accommodations through us next time as well.

From Tim and Heather Fitzmaurice who are spent 7 nights at Beachcomber Club March, 2008

Hey, hi ya’ll,
Just wanted to drop you a line and tell you we had a great time at Beachcomber Club on the beach at Negril on February 25th thru March 3rd, 2008. Wow, what a cool place it is. A little older but sort of ‘retro’ and we like that. Clean and neat and VERY SPACIOUS. We had the 2 bedroom apartment with the BEST view of the beach, thanks again for making sure of that for us! The Jacuzzi tub didn’t work at first but they got it fixed right away when notified. The staff was excellent and catered to our every need. Even the laptop worked in our room on their wireless network and that was good because my wife’s sister’s husband had a heart attack while we were down there and we could stay in touch with her everyday. He’s doing much better now and should pull through nicely.
The place didn’t seem crowded although it appeared there were no vacancies! We enjoyed it so much we are actually thinking about getting a time-share from there. The restaurant is nice but they weren’t very busy and the food was ‘so-so’ but convenient and the service was great.
Claude, the beach man was very good at his job as was Maxine, the housekeeper.
Hopefully we will be going back again soon. It’s not for everyone especially if you are expecting luxurious accommodations but it worked great for us. Simple and clean. It is located immediately next door to Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville and we were worried about the potential for loud music and noise all night but although they do party hard over there, we didn’t really hear much from them, probably because of the way the unit was designed and the way it faced.
Overall, I would recommend it for families and small groups.
Threw some pics in if you want to have a look. The elderly lady in the pic is my mother-in-law who went with us. She is 85 years old and she went parasailing with me!!!! I was scared…..she was delighted!!!
Thanks again for all your help
You guys are the greatest!
Sincerely,
Tim and Heather Fitzmaurice.

From Genevieve Aubrey and Yves Charron who were married at Charela Inn Feb., 2008
and then spent their honeymoon at The Caves Feb. 2008

THANK YOU BOB AND SUSAN!!!
When we decided to have a destination wedding we were hoping that it would not only be the most beautiful experience for us and our guests but that the entire experience would be relaxed and easy. I wish I would have known about Onestop when we first started planning everything. We went through 6 different travel agencies and we were so discouraged. We were both experienced travelers and I must admit that we were very picky/particular about what we were looking for. By pure coincidence, I called BOB. That day I think 100 lbs was taken off my shoulders. I would have never imagined dealing with such caring, professional but personable, knowledgeable individuals. We truly appreciate everything you've done to make this trip better then we could have ever imagined. You were able to accommodate our group of over 50 people and offer personable service to every single one of our guests. For a while I thought to myself that all of this was almost too good to be true. We've been back for almost two weeks now and I still can not believe how lucky we were to have found Onestop.
The first week we stayed at Charela Inn and I would not have pictured my wedding anywhere else. Both the resort and the staff exceed our expectations. Let me tell you that the pictures don't do it justice. We will for sure go back! The second week we stayed at The Caves for our honeymoon. Perfect location for a honeymoon! Very intimate, unique concept, perfect place to get pampered without being on a beach with 100 people. Beautiful resort and definitely worth the money! The drivers were fantastic! We even called them during our trip to arrange day trips. All and all - we would score our experience with Onestop a 15/10! You can for sure give my email to anyone who might have questions about either planning a wedding or about our travels.
Thanks again for everything and please know that we will for sure travel with you again.
Genevieve & Yves Charron
This kind of feedback is what makes our work totally worth the effort!

From Andrew Aubrey who attended his daughter's wedding at Charela Inn Feb., 2008
Good morning Bob
Just got back from the Cherala Inn for my daughter's wedding. In my prior to departure dealings with you; I was thoroughly impressed with the high level of customer service you provided in dealing with my needs. I must admit you helped raise my expectations and the entire staff at that resort delivered every step of the way.
What GREAT service.
They may not be the biggest size wise but based on my experience and supported by friends comments who had to stay a different resorts, they certainly are amongst the very best!
The high number of people residing at other "all inclusive resorts" who actually paid extra to come eat at the Cherala Inn every day is also a testament to the quality of the food served.
Definitely going back soon!
Thanks for the superior customer service
I feel strongly enough about it that you can even give out my email address if anyone wants to ask questions.
J. Andrew Aubrey
Many thanks for the comments. We always felt that Charela deserved this kind of praise.

From Shawn and Michelle Weiand who are going to Bar-B-Barn Feb., 2008
Mike,
Wow. I cannot believe how professional and helpful you guys there at Onestop are.
I mean, I haven't even left and am already blown away.
We have been to Jamaica before, and love it, so the information you sent definitely rings true and goes beyond. Not only that, but I was able to get a cheaper rate than even the hotel offered. We will definitely work from you suggestions while there and are even curious about the insurance and cell phone. With our previous plans we were a bit worried but I'm glad to say we have "No Worries." I thank you for all of your help and wish all of you at Onestop nothing but the best.
Sincerely,
Shaun and Michelle Weiand
This is the kind of comment that makes us blush. Thanks so much. We really appreaciate it.

From Marco Sachi who spent 7 nights at Rhodes Hall Resort Jan., 2008
We had a great time in Jamaica and Rhodes Hall plantation was just what we needed. A very calm and relaxed place, with clean and comfortable facilities right on the beach. There were only 2-3 other guests (if any) around the private beach at any time so you felt you basically had it all to yourself.
Snorkelling was fantastic, with very good reefs just a short swim out. The water was calm and clear.
Most important the local people were extreme friendly to us and our children.
The restaurant was okay given the volume of guests. I guess we could not expect too much in terms of menu if they are only catering for a few guests. However Negril is full of good restaurants only a 15 minute ride away.
Would certainly do it again and recommend it to friends and family.
Thanks
Marco

From Diane Hawkins who spent 7 nights at Heartbeat Jan., 2008
Hi Mike,
We just got back from a wonderful week at Heartbeat in Negril. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. It was nothing short of paradise and gave us the perfect place to enjoy being in love. We'll be back!
We had a great time, but I left my favorite straw hat either in the pillar house("My Valentine"), on the front porch of the resort office, or in the car that Winston used to drive us to Montego Bay. I was wondering if you could call Winston, and if it wasn't in the car, if you could call the manager at Heartbeat who was so helpful for us everyday(her name was Hyacinth). I would be happy to pay to have it sent to me if they have it(sort of a sentimental item for me). Thanks for checking-I'm fairly sure it is in one of those places. I'll look forward to hearing back from you! Thanks again-Diane Hawkins
We made sure that Diane got her hat back!

From Mary Hoffman who spent 7 nights at Hidden Paradise Dec., 2007
Dear Bart and Company,
We just got back a few days ago from Negril for our niece's wedding. Everything went very well and it was a beautiful trip. We loved the sea, the people, the sights, the wedding, and the food was fabulous! Everything also worked out for my daughter for the one night in Montego Bay. Thank you very much for all you did for us to arrange our accommodations. We loved Hidden Paradise. It was quaint, away from the hustle and bustle and the breakfasts were amazing! Please pass this information on to the rest of the staff.
Thanks again for all your help!
It was a pleasure and very easy to work with all of you!

From Pastor Bill and Tina Slack who spent 9 nights at Coral Seas Beach Nov., 2007
Dear Negril One-Stop,
Sorry I didn’t write sooner.. But things have been a bit hectic since we returned to the states. But here is a quick summary of our trip..
When we arrived at MoBay, Henry was there with the limo. It was the most extraordinary and wonderful ride we have ever had from MoBay to Negril! Henry was great!!
When we came to Coral Seas, we had a set back. We were told there was a problem with our room. It seemed that a “time share” owner had rented it to someone else for our week.. in other words it was “double booked.” Samuel expressed his apologies for the situation, and asked if we would accept the garden room as an alternative.. I confess that we were a bit stubborn, and said no. I told Samuel that we would take a refund and seek other accommodations.. I wasn’t trying to be difficult, but we had our hearts set on the beach front room.. and we had had a number of e-mails back and forth to confirm that it was ours..
Well, to make a long story short, it is not a hotel manager that avoids all difficulties that is the best, but one that is able to straighten out the tough situations! Samuel asked us to give him one night to work it out. He told us to have diner, stay the night, and if he was unable to accommodate us, he would acquiesce to our wishes. We agreed.. then we went to dinner – where we had some of the best food we ever had in Negril! We looked at each other.. thinking.. maybe we should reconsider our “hard line” position! Well.. Samuel worked it out! By the next night, we had our room, the other guests were satisfied, and all was well!
From then on we spent nine wonderful nights at Coral Seas. Imron, Alicia, Katie and Nicollet were considerate and gracious to us as they served. The chefs were amazing! I gave one of the guys a few cigars before we left because we couldn’t thank them enough for the food!
The beach was fabulous! The massages were great..
To sum up – we’re sold on Coral Seas. We will be back.. and we will tell our friends. We have sent friends to Legends in the past, and as much as I love the staff there, I must say, I will be recommending Coral Seas in the future..
Yours In Him,
Pastor Bill & Tina Slack
This is a report that shows why Coral Seas is one of our most popular resorts in Jamaica. Many thanks for the details!

From Dave and Kate Conley who spent 4 nights at Rondel Village July, 2007
Kate and I would like to thank you for your help in booking our stay ay Rondel Village. It was everything we were looking in a small property on the beach. The location was perfect and the staff at the hotel was the best we have experienced in many trips to the Caribbean. I was a little apprehensive about staying on the garden side at first but after being there I would definately choose it again. The rooms were an outstanding value and having the pool to ourselves at night was an added bonus. Floating on the rafts and looking up at the stars with no sound but the tree frogs was a great way to end the day. We are currently planning next years trip to Negril and are Rondel is at the top of our list.
Thanks,
Dave and Kate Conley

Hi Craig,
I’d like to say thanks a lot for our holydays in Jamaica. Everything was really great. Hotel was good enough and staff was friendly. Winston picked us up and helped a lot during our stay in Negril. We really appreciate him; send to him best wishes from Russian guys)))
As I promised I attached some pics.
Next time I’ll plan my holydays in Jamaica I’ll do it via you.

Have a nice day.
PS. Sorry for such big delay with this mail, I was a little bit busy.

Thanks for the comments and photos. We look forward to your next visit!

From Dan and Carrie Queiros who spent 14 nights at Country Country July, 2007
Hi Bob and Susan,
We arrived back home on Sun pm from our 2 week vacation @ Country Country in Negril and wanted to say thank you. We were amazed how easy everything went as compared to 14 years ago when we went to Negril for our Honeymoon. This time we seemed to p/u our bags and were then wisked away by Brown to our "house", no hassles, no nothing! We made a few stops from the airport to Country Country, a few pit stops for me and some Red Stripe stops for my hunny!
Brown was incredible, and a wealth of information.
Our "house" at the Country Country in Negril was perfect, exactly what we wanted and expected. The staff were great, and absolutely wonderful with our kids, who often ended up at the bar chatting for quite a while, while their parents (us) were negligent and enjoying our first vacation since they were born without having to be their main source of entertainment.
If you ask my son what his favorite part of the trip is he states, "I made two friends there, Deloris and Terre!" Which is true, they were both really wonderful and I can actually say that they ended up as friends, and miss them dearly.
We just went on one tour while we were there, the Blackwater River/YS Falls/Bamboo Ave and it was all that we expected it to be. We ended up negotiating a great price with a taxi and he was a wonderful guide. He took great care of us, stopping for pit stops and waiting while I was in the bathroom, stopping for food/snacks/fruit/pharmacy. It was nice finding someone who actually seemed to care about us as a family and not just for how much he money he could get.
Anyways, our vacation was the trip of a lifetime.
Thanks again!
Dan and Carrie Queiros

Hey guys,
Sorry I haven't been in touch sooner.
I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time at Villa Sur Mer earlier this month. The place was great, the staff were wonderful and the weather couldn't have been better.
Thanks so much for all your help putting this together. You made everything so easy for us.
Hopefully I will be back in touch with you guys the next time I plan a group trip like this. I'm thinking St Martin :o)
Thanks again,
Anna

From Rick Jackson who spent 6 nights at Rondel village March, 2007
Hey Craig,
Just returned from ANOTHER magical trip to the motherland ! Thanks so much for all of your work and patience and putting together the best package for all of us. Our crew was assembled at the airport within 15 minutes of each other with our driver waiting as planned. Having a phone down there was so sweet and kept us in touch with the poor saps back in the frozen tundra!
There’s already talk of an 08 adventure, and I can’t imagine booking anything outside of you. We’ll probably be looking to touch base in October to get it cranked up once again! I am hoping we’ll be a group of 8-12, and we’d STRONGLY reconsider Rondel on the landside after having a week back there where we basically had the run of the place ( tunes, blender, making new friends with our neighbors and a great pool all to ourselves when we wanted to escape the beach for a while.
Thanks again for living up to your reputation and making it worry free from start to finish.
Rick

From P.J. Burtle-McCredie who spent 6 nights at Catcha Falling Star February, 2007
Just got back home from our trip to Jamaica and I wanted to drop you a line and tell you how much we enjoyed the trip. The Onestop driver (Brown) was there when we arrived and we had a wonderful trip along the coast. What a beautiful drive!
Catcha Falling Star was just lovely. The gardens, the staff, the ocean view were all wonderful. I have a friend who is now interested in going to Negril with us next year. So, you may be hearing from us again!
Thanks for all your help in setting this up.

From Troy and Cathy Witter who spent 7 nights at Coral Seas Cliff February, 2007
Hi Craig:
We are back from Negril and just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful trip. Your assistance was invaluable to us, everything from my first contact with you to the last was friendly, prompt and efficient. Everything was just as we requested and you promised, when we arrived our room was ready with an extra bed for our son, the cell phone we rented was presented to us in a bag with charger and instructions and we received our discount card which we used constantly. Every restaurant you recommended had delicious food with great prices and believe me we tried a different one each meal. We will be sure to recommend you to anyone in need of great service with competitive pricing.
Troy and Cathy Witter

From Janet & Terry Moyer who spent 7 nights at Coral Seas Cliff February, 2007

From Daril Browning who spent 5 nights at SeaSplash February, 2007
Bob,
Thank you for all of your patience in helping us select a resort for our vacation. Although Seasplash was not our first choice, because we booked at the last minute it was about the only beach choice! It turned out to be better than expected. The grounds are charming and the room (we had a 1 bedroom suite) was even larger than it looks in the photos. Not that you go to Negril to be in your room! The decor was a little run-down, but the rest of the hotel seemed clean and up-to date. We thought the thatched-roof bar and restaurant area made SeaSplash one of the best-looking small resorts on the beach. Food at Normas is very good, in our opinion, better than dinner at the Rockhouse which is frequently described as one of the best meals in Negril.
We appreciate how easy OneStop makes everything and we would definitely recommend your services to others.
Daril Browning

From Tim and Heather Fitzmaurice who spent 4 nights at Country Country and 3 nights at SeaSplash February, 2007
Bob, hi.
Tim and Heather Fitzmaurice here.
Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you we had a great time at Country Country in Negril! I called yesterday and talked to your son(?) and told him about the trip a little. I guess he has told you about the Passport voucher program they have down there and it is honored by CC in Negril! That was a nice bonus!
We ended up at Seasplash that last 3 days. It wasn't too bad, the food was great at Normas! Expensive but gourmet, kinda.
Winston picked us up and from then on we had 'Browne' as our driver. He was terrific. He took us up in the hills one day and showed us where he lived and took us all around the 'neighborhood'! ha ha. He was funny, informative and colorful!
We plan to go back perhaps as early as this august but not sure just yet.
I will keep you informed with our plans.
Just wanted to say thanks for all the help. Your info and suggestions were spot on!
Sincerely,
Tim and Heather Fitzmaurice

From David Shore and family who spent 5 days at Coco La Palm February, 2007
Craig,
Just got back from CCLP. Another wonderful trip. Everything went well. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and close together for me to keep a close eye on my girls. Despite the fact that our plane was 5 hours late, our driver was there at the airport waiting for us. Everyone there is so nice, they really do a great job making you feel 'at home'. Even ran into Mike who was visiting on vacation. The only problem we had was that the office never gave us our discount card (which we totally forgot about until we ran into a friend at Norma's) so we missed out on a few discounts. No problem (only because we were in Jamaica). Thanks for all your help........
David Shore
PS: When should we start talking about next year (2/13 to 2/18)?

From Laurie and Joe Stewart who spent their vacation at Jamaica Inn and Swept Away January, 2007

Great Guy, He picked us up on time in Montego Bay dropped us at the Jamaica Inn, Then picked us up on Jan 2nd dropped us off in Negril and then took us to the airport on Jan 13/ 07, We appreciated your time to work thru our temp unhappiness with Swept Away, but under the circumstances we had a good time anyway, The weather was fantastic everyday that helps!! For your info we did fill out a report upon departure. Hope you have a successful 2007 , We appreciate your great service!! We will recommend you to friends, also pls keep us in mind for any good deals on 5 star + properties.

From Brandy and John Staib who spent 7 nights at Villas Sur Mer January, 2007
Hi Bob,
Just wanted to let you know that John and I really enjoyed our vacation to Jamaica. We will use your agency for our next trip. Also, the discount card was not accepted at the restaurants on your list. It was not a problem but we specifically went to the restaurants that you suggested and we thought that you should know that they were not validating the discount. Wynston was a true professional and a value to your team.
Hope that all is well.
Brandy Staib
We're very happy that you had such a great time. We have had one of our restaurants quit our program. Any others, though, are still accepting the discount card. We find that on occasion there is a new employee at one of our restaurants and they are unfamiliar with the card. This is something we are trying very hard to eliminate but with a high turnover rate we can't always catch it. Sorry for any inconvenience...these are all still fine restaurants.

From Doug Schmidt who spent 8 nights at SeaSplash January, 2007
Susan and All,
Overall a great New Years trip. Seasplash was nice. For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. Service could have been a little faster sometimes, but I know that's the Caribbean, "island time". A few too many likkle kids with mom & dad for my liking but it was ok. Was hesitant to get in the hot tub as it served as a kiddie pool all day long if you know what I mean.
Norma's was exellent for lunches and dinner. Breakfast was a little inconsistant though. Burned bacon one morning, out of bacon and tomato juice the next. Not a major problem though, just some room for improvement.
Here's a link to my pics, around 500 posted so far.

Thanks Doug...sorry about the wee ones...but it was Christmas. Really glad that you had a wonderful trip. Great photos.

My vacation was awesome and I want to thank you. I was wondering if there is any availability at the Coral Seas Beach Resort in Negril for these dates: April 5th thru April 15th (10 nights) Semi Inclusive. I want to go back with a friend or by myself.
Let me know.
Thank you,
Chantal Beaudin
You must have loved it! We just made your new booking for April. Thanks.

From Laurie Stewart who spent 10 nights with her husband at Jamaica Inn and 11 nights in a Great House Jacuzzi Suite at Couples Swept Away Jan., 2007
Happy New Year!! Craig and Family,
It was all good we had a great time at the Jamaica Inn and also got adjusted to Swept Away, The phone situation worked out okay, it was just we didn't know we had to buy time, but Brown was great and we had loads of fun with him. Great Guy, He picked us up on time in Montego Bay dropped us at the Jamaica Inn, Then picked us up on Jan 2nd dropped us off in Negril and then took us to the airport on Jan 13/ 07.
We appreciated your time to work thru our temp unhappiness with Swept Away. The air conditioner broke, dripped water on our clothes, then they laundered our clothes which should have been dry cleaned. They ruined about $400.00 worth of clothing, then the toilet was a problem twice, then the air conditioner broke again. The the last night we tried to use the Jacuzzi and it didn't work, anyway all in all it was good, we didn't feel it was a five star at all, but under the circumstances we had a good time anyway. The weather was fantastic every day. That helps!! For your info we did fill out a report upon departure.
Hope you have a successful 2007. We appreciate your great service!!
We will recommend you to friends, also pls keep us in mind for any good deals on 5 star + properties.
Many Thanks.

Great news about Jamaica Inn and Brown! Although we get nothing but good reports about Swept Away, this seems to have been the exception
more than once. We think that this was growing pains with regards to Swept Away as these are very new units. We know they'll get this straightened out very soon.
Thanks again for taking the time to get back to us and we will be sure to make you aware of any deals on 5 star plus properties.

From Travis Canfield who spent 5 nights with his family and the Cocciara's (see below) at Sunset At The Palms December, 2006
Dear Craig,
I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to Sunset At The Palms. Your recommendation was right on the money. SATP was perfect for us. We had a day pass at Sandals for my daughter's wedding and there was no comparison to the service and ambiance of the place. It was our lucky day to have found you.
Thanks again,
Travis

From Charlotte Cochiara who spent 5 nights with her husband, their friends and 2 children at Sunset At the Palms December, 2006
Dear Craig-
have wanted to drop you a line about the trip to Jamaica, but have not found a moment until now. First, thanks for all of your help and recommendations. Sunset At The Palms was PERFECT for us all-it was serene, the quality of service incredible (especially Carlington and Sifford!), and the food was outstanding! We also thought their beach was the best one, including the one at Sandals. Sandals does not have a palm tree in sight-no shade!! Even Tyler, the 18 year old, thought we had a much better situation than his sister, who was the bride, and was staying at Sandals.
We were especially impressed with the Friday night beach meal! The only improvement is they need to discover pillow top beds- a little on the stiff side. But the balcony was wonderful!
I also wanted to tell you that Kurk, our driver on the way back, was outstanding!!
Found Jamaicans on the whole to be very warm and hospitable. Only one incident with a driver who took money from two in our party, when each thought they were paying-driver did not tell second person he had already been paid. (This was not a Onestop driver) However, in a 3rd world country, I don't begrudge anyone a little extra. It was my experience that it costs $10 US, to go anywhere, one way. So, most trips were $20 round trip, to Tyme Square, artisans village, into Negril, etc. I was pleased to find most drivers would make arrangements to come back and get you at designated time. Was also impressed with Maxine, who indicated she was the only female taxi driver in the area. She would be an ideal choice for any women who are shy when traveling.
Well, again many thanks for your time and effort with us and the Canfields. Because of your wonderful help, we had a great family celebration and experience. I will certain recommend your services to anyone I know who is going Mo Bay way.
I hope you and yours had a joyous holiday season and I wish you a wonderful New Year. I hope one day you will have a chance to come to my great city, especially when she is up on her feet-give it another five years! However, even now, we still have the best food on the planet :)!
Sincerely,
Charlotte Cocchiara

Thanks Craig - the service was terrific. Happy New Year!
Glad we could help. We do a great job booking resorts as well. Sorry you didn't find us until after you had made your booking!

From Robin Jones who spent 5 nights at Sunset At The Palms December, 2006
Dear Craig,
Thanks so much for all your help planning our last minute trip to Sunset at the Palms 12/16/2006-12/21/2006, it was wonderful and sooooo relaxing! Service was top notch from from beginning to end. Planning with you, being greeted at the airport as soon as we cleared customs, no waiting as our driver was right there, was friendly AND had our cell phone with him, the resort was perfect! spotlessly clean, beautiful, and superb service! Our ride back to the airport with Brown was FUN, he is truely a gem! I will definitely use you guys again!

Dear Craig,
Thanks so much for all your help planning our last minute trip to Sunset at the Palms 12/16/2006-12/21/2006, it was wonderful and sooooo relaxing!

From Dukedog who spent 7 nights at Coral Seas Beach November, 2006
I've been going to Jamaica since the late 70's, mostly Negril. This trip my wife and I had about 6 other couples traveling with us some of which had never been , so we decided an inexpensive A/I might make it easier since trying to organize this group is kind of like trying to herd cats.
The limo ride from the airport was great, champaigne, cold beer welome since the last time my ride was in a 87 nisson sentra that quit running everytime we went under 10 mph.
Check in was a breeze, we had the king and queen package from negril one stop, so our apartment (water front) was nice) if not a little dated. A coffee table would have been nice. The bar was well stocked, service was great, the restaurant staff was the best, sometimes a little over welmed, but our group can do that to the most seasoned waiter. The food was much better than expected, nothing really fancy, but can you beat fresh red snaper and eggs for breakfast, or for lunch as a sadwich, and the lobster salad was great. It took some time, but hey its Jamaica, you're practically on the beach and cocktails are right there, who cares?
The massage was spectacular, we went to the cliffs property to hang out it was great, snorkeling was perfect. Samuel the hotel manager was very helpful and friendly also. All in all a perfect vacation. Our trip with Tott was perfect, 19 of us to the Pelican bar and black river, we had lunch at Black River and had a dish called rundown lobster , amazing local cuisine.
We have many local friends in Negril and they were treated with respect and courtesy, which is a big plus with us, since many larger resorts treat the local population without the respect they deserve.
All in all everything was great. We have rebooked for next year, something WE have never done in the past, us staying in the same spot 2 years in a row. I was born and raised in the resort/hotel business and have been working in hotels and resorts for over 30 years. For bang for the buck, you cant beat Coral Seas.
Jim has already booked for next year...for twice as long and is bringing some friends again this time.

From Larry Reina who spent 3 nights at Sunset At The Palms November, 2006
Thanks you Susan, for your advice. I went to Sunset At The Palms in Negril and I really liked it. I am planning to come back in May/2007. If you have any good deals at this hotel by then let me know. The only problem this time was the weather. I will avoid November in the future.
Thanks

From Ron Kubacki who spent 7 nights at Sunset At The Palms November, 2006
Hi Craig,
I wish to thank you. Our 25th Anniversary trip to SATP was perfect. Winston was the best driver. He drove carefully, was punctual, and was very friendly. Once again, our trip was wonderful, and we will be returning to SATP in the future. I can't imagine that any other resort will match up in our eyes.
Thanks again.
Ron

From Mark and Heather Burns who spent 5 nights at Coral Seas Beach and 4 nights at Coral Seas Cliff Resorts October, 2006
Bob,
As you know, I've been to Negril since the early 80's and have to admit this vacation you booked for us at Coral Seas Resort ranked right up there at the top!! We can't say enough how great it was to have that ocean front suite with the kitchen etc at Coral Seas Beach Resort. Overall the service were tens all across the board - Michele at the front desk, the managers, the food by their great chef, the bartenders - Heather and Ricardo, the maids and the waiters were all very special. We did make it to 3 Dives upon your recommendation and had a great dinner and sunset to boot, I'm suprised it took me so long to discover this great restaurant on the cliffs.
We were so sorry to leave as usual and look forward to returning soon. There is so much more to add about our great stay but maybe these pics do some justice to how great this diamond in the rough is that's called Coral Seas!
We also discovered another quaint resort on the cliffs you may want to add to your hotel list which you probably already know about, it's the SeaStar Inn up on the cliffs and the owner Chris and wife aim to please for sure(we went to a party one of the last nights we were in Negril at their hotel and it had really nice vibes). People mentioned that this was the slowest Sept they have ever had in Negril, but it seem to be picking up nicely when we were there, we always wish Jamaica well as it is the most beautiful island, in more ways than one, in all of the caribbean (and I have visited most of it!).
p.s. - Coral Seas Beach Resort being at the end of the beach is a big plus, you are not as open to all the beach hustlers, plus it is only a 5 minute walk to the roundabout and all the stores like ValueMaster supermarket, Cambio, etc. No need to rent scooters or bikes or cars this trip!! Thanks again for everything,
Mark and Heather
I think you really summed up the Coral Seas experience. Thanks for the great comments. Look forward to hearing back from you soon....and thanks for the pics!

Isabell from the U.K. who spent 14 nights at Rondel Village August, 2006 .
Hi Susan,
I just got back from Negril last night, I had a great time at Rondel. The staff there are the friendliest I have ever come across in all my visits to Negril. With this in mind I would like to start to plan (at Rondel) my next vacation.

From Heather Lockhart who spent 2 nights at Bar-B-Barn July, 2006 .
Hi Craig,
I just got back from Jamaica on Sunday night. We stayed in Negril at the Bar B Barn for the first 2 nights I arrived in Jamaica. It's a very clean and well run property. I was very pleased with the room we had. I had booked the Deluxe room with King bed and fridge. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. The breakfast was nice and I liked the fact that they served it until 11am as I'm not always an early riser.
We had pizza at the bar one afternoon ..which was very tasty. One of the two nights we dined at "Angela's". Had an awesome meal there and prices were like you'd pay at a Jack Astor's or something similar..so not bad at all for a very nice dining experience.
I had read about the place right across the street to get really good jerk chicken and it was as good as they said..and cheap! An open air local bar type place and they had music playing which was great.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay there in the future. Great value for the money.
Thanks so much for all your help!
I'm sure you will hear from me in the future and others that I refer to you.
Heather
We really appreciate the comments.

From Marlene and Harvey Sachs who spent 5 nights at Negril Escape July, 2006 .
Craig and Susan,
I just want to thank you for making all the suggestions for us on our recent trip to Jamaica. The limo ride was comfortable and easy to find. We enjoyed staying at Negril Escape- especially being on the cliff side of Negril. The resort was lovely and very quiet. It seems like we were the only guests there part of the time so we were treated GREAT! Breakfast was wonderful and the diving right from the resort was very convenient. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. They even took us to the beach when we wanted to go on the bus.
There were a few minor problems with the room and they fixed them right away. We did suggest they try to add some lighting since it is very dark especially the closet and the way the curtains are hung they cannot be opened during the day to let in light. We did walk to Rick's twice and also to the Rockhouse for dinner.
We had a very enjoyable day at Mayfield Falls with Winston driving us there. He was very interesting and knowledgeable about Jamaica. We had a great time on the Cliffs and only wished we didn't have to spend some of our time in the Sandals resort. They have a lot of rules there, most offensive is not letting us get our own taxi. They want to provide one for you at a ridiculous price because they claim only the drivers they know are safe??? We didn't buy that at all. When we did find a taxi we asked him about the rates and he told us that the resort takes most of it off the top.
We did have a little trouble getting the cell phone to work and we never did find the rates that you said it would be. But it was still less than if we used our US ones. However people had trouble calling into the phone line but we could call out.
Attached are some pictures we took that you are welcome to use if you want.
Thanks again for your assistance in planning our first trip to Jamaica.

From Angelina Chen commenting on her transfers from Brown July, 2006 .
Craig-
I just want to say thank you very much for the great service by Brown. My boyfriend and I loved him. He was fantastic. Always on time and very helpful. Just a great guy and made the long drives fun. We can't wait to go back to Jamaica and use him again. My boyfriend tipped him $20 on Sat and it was meant for tip for me and him so I hope he knows that cause I didn't tip him on Sunday and didn't want to seem rude. We will definite recommend Brown to others we know traveling to Jamaica.
Thanks again

Hey Craig,
Just wanted to take a moment and let you know that my new wife and I had a wonderful time on our honeymoon at Sunset at the Palms resort. It was so great we will definately make an effort to go again soon. I've also recommended it to my parents who may go sometime.
The service was excellent! Keep up the good work.
Thank you for your help.

From Samuel and Alexandria Perez who spent 5 nights at Bar-B-Barn May, 2006 .
Hey Craig,
Just wanted to let you know that we just got back from Negril and we had a blast. Bar-B-Barn was AWESOME!! Just what we were looking for! It was everything that we were hoping for. We met Norm, and he and his staff were great! I am so glad that we found you all. You guys really came through on everything. Thanks for making our vacation easy and pain free, except for the air travel. I guess that is the toll for having such a great time. Expedia put us on 2 layovers with 4 hours each layover. Arhhh!
Yes coming home is sweet and sour. You are ready to be home but miss the greatness of not being home to our responsibilies and daily grind. Bar-b-barn was an awesome value. The place was so clean everyday, the enviroment was un-parralleled, the grounds were very clean and so beautiful. The staff was incredible. Norm saw my wife and I leaving one night to go to Alfreds and he insisted that he give us a ride instead of walking. Many nights he sat at the bar. It felf like we were staying at a friends house sitting around just visiting. Was increadible. We are planning on writing a great review for them on trip advisor. It is what lead us to you and them as well so we want others to experience the same bliss we did.
As far as the air fare that you guys can arrange, is that any itenary or just to Jamiaca and the places you all service? I would not have a single worry using you all for all our future travels. We are already thinking of our next vacation. We plan on writing something on trip advisor for you.
Oh by the way we did the wild thing sunset cruise and thanks to you we got a 15% discount. Thanks that was a great time. We set sail up the cliff coast, did some awesome snorkeling and then swam to Ricks, and then the Sunset! WOW!
We have some great pictures and wonderful memories.
Keep up the great work guys!
Best of luck to you!
Awesome Job Negrilonestop.com. Keep up the fantastic work.

From Cheryl Murillo who spent 5 nights at Sunset At the Palms May, 2006 .
Susan,
Just returned from Negril and wanted to let you know that we had a great time. Sunset At The Palms was even better than we imagined - beautiful rooms, grounds, pool, beach. Very nice, hospitable staff. Food at the new restaurant was very good, too. Your drivers were also very nice.
During our trip to SATP, our driver, Brown gave us a wonderful history lesson of the island, including a few stops to show us some of the natural highlights (akee, breadfruit, allspice, etc.). Winston was also very knowledgeable and gave us even more info on our trip back to the airport.
Thanks for all of your help with our travel arrangements. It helped make for a completely relaxing and peaceful vacation.

From Frank Walker who received airport transfers only this time.
Susan,
Winston's brother was at our hotel on time for our airport transfer -- everything worked out great. And Winston even stopped by the day before to let us know that we were on the pick-up schedule. We were very happy with the service negrilonestop.com provided, and we will certainly use your service to reserve accomodations and transport for future visits.
Thanks much,

The two resorts you recommended for my friends and I were absolutely amazing. It felt like we were on the two best resorts in Negril. The staff was very kind and the views were spectacular. You defintely know what you sell. When i come back to negril you will be the first one I talk to.
Thanks for a very memorable vaction.

Charles Negril sunset  CW at Merrils
Just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how great our stay at the Coral Seas was. We can really recommend this to people we know. It was also nice to have the 2 of you there to chat with. What a difference it was from Merrills. The food, the beach and the friendliness of the whole staff was on a completely different level. It was a great vacation.
Thanks, Charlie.
Thanks for the comments and the GREAT sunset!

From Carole Pearce who spent 7 nights at Country Country March, 2006 .
Hi Craig,
You did the following booking for us and I just wanted to send you a quick note of THANKS. The cottage was absolutely excellent, the grounds were beautiful and everyone was very helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning in the restaurant on the beach and I have to mention that as a "more mature couple" we were delighted that there was no loud music blarring out of speakers!
We were greeted at the airport and when it was time to leave, Winston was on time, a very friendly & reliable service, free of hassle.
Again, many thanks, with your assistance we had a lovely week in Jamaica!
Best regards,
Carol.

From Dawna Landoni and her mother who spent 7 nights at Xtabi Resort March, 2006
Just wanted to say thanks again. You got a new customer and a "lifer". Bob- fabulous serivce, top notch. Your recommendation on Xtabi's was awesome. Just perfect for our quiet week. Cottage 21 offered everything ( and more) we wanted. Our private likkle porch was a bonus. Much time spent right there pon dat porch. The eggs benni were a welcome surprise on the menu, the bartenders just a hoot, the pool, well pure pleasure. We went to the beach a few times only and were not gone long, just hated to leave the grounds at Xtabi.
Susan thank you for your most recent great service. My sister and I look forward to trying another fav spot to eat but never stayed at the B-B-Barn. When I arrived at the airport Winston was there and seen me right away. He very nicely told me that he was there to pick up some people. lol. He said he thought Kirk was coming for me, so I bought him a beer as we waited. Then a few minutes later I got out my transfer voucher and he leaned over my shoulder to view it. He said oh my gwad it is you I am here to pick up. He said I know you for 20 yrs and your name is Dawna but nevva knew yur last name. He could hardly walk to the van for laffin. Oh my we laffed so hard. He is such a doll.
I showed your discount vouchers to Harry @ Make a Stop gift shop ( Risky Business) , another good friend of mine. Anywhoo told him he needed to get on your list, so hope he calls you. ( and u don't mind me doing that). NP...he's on the list now...thanks!
Again much appreciation to you both. My boyfriend and I will return to Xtabi's for Xmas so I will be in touch again. Many thanks.
Bob, I wanna send you my resume when it's done...........You and a million others...thanks...LOL

From Ron Shingler who split his stay between Rockhouse and Coral Seas Beach Resorts Feb., 2006
Splitting our stay between the RockHouse and Coral Seas Beach was the perfect way to do the trip. From Coral Seas, I was able to walk either downtown or to the Times Square Shopping Center (which had the best prices of any place selling the many "tourist items"). I bought my jerk spices downtown at the grocery store (was it "High Low"?). The only thing missing at the Coral Seas Beach was a swimming pool - but the beach with beachfront dining was great!!
I enjoyed working with you!
Ron Shingler

From Elina May who spent 3 restfull days with her friends at Coral Seas Cliff Resort Jan., 2006
Dear Susan, Bob and Craig,
I just wanted to tell you all what a great vacation we all had. The reservations were under Mary Flint, Ionia MI. You may use all or part of this letter for promotional reasons.
First, thank you for taking care of all the details and the many questions you all answered. A special thanks to Craig for recommending the "Cliffs" it was quiet, private, great view and perfect for what we were looking for. I have highly recommended your travel agency to people already and intend to keep doing so.
As for the "Cliffs" I cannot say enough about the staff, they were all friendly, nice and very professional. The staff alone made our stay enjoyable. As you informed us this is not a stuffy place, no turn down service, etc. but the rooms were clean, the service was great and the view was spectacular. Not just from our room, but from the restaurant and bar and grounds. Speaking of the grounds, they were lush and well maintained. If you are looking for action, this is not the place to be. But if you are looking for relaxation, a glimpse at dolphins at play and great sunsets, this is it. We all felt very safe staying here and I did see security often, but not obtrusively.
We did the "King & Queen" all inclusive and were treated very well. For me, the best part of this was the ½ hour massage, included in package. The massages were given at the spa at the Coral Seas Beach, transportation is free between resorts. Even if you do not stay at any of the resorts, I highly recommend making an appointment with Lilly for a massage. Lilly is not only very qualified but has healing hands. I have received many massages over the years and this one from Lilly was one of the best.
In closing, I will recommend you as travel agents, Coral Seas Cliffs as a wonderful place to stay and Lilly as a great massage therapist.
Sincerely,
J. Elena May

From The Barbato's who spent 7 nights at Negril Inn - Jan. 2006

Hi Susan and Bob,
We are back a little over a week now. I thought I'd let you know how things went... sort of a critique of Negril Inn for your benefit and the benifit of your future clients.
The Inn seemed to cater to Germans in the food category. I'd say 85 to 90 % of the people there were German. You could get eggs cooked to order every morning and fresh fruit, watermelon, pineapple, bananas and sometimes papaya. The other daily choices included bacon , fried cabbage cereal, juice, and toast. The alternate choices included fish w/skin on, beef hash, french toast, and mini muffins. Never sausage, scrapple or hash browns or any type of breakfast potato. Overall, breakfast was probably the best of all the meals because of the fresh, cooked to order eggs. Coffee was made daily sometime between 7 and 7:30. Hot water was always available and cream and sugar, so I was in like flint because I took my own instant coffee.
Lunch and dinner get a C- to D+. We survived but didn't really look forward to any of the meals. There were a couple good ones, beef pepper steak, red snapper and a good barbecue chicken for lunch one day, but for the most part, the food wasn't hot, there were mystery stews and chicken over and over. This was supplemented with repetitive veges, rice and I don't remember what else. It just wasn't memorable at all.
Our room was fine. Actually, the first one they gave us was huge with three single beds and overlooking the pool but it had no TV, so we moved. TV in the new room was little fuzzy and there was no remote but we picked up a NewYork news station and it was fine.
AC was noisy but it drowned out my hubby's snoring so I liked it. The maid was very nice and did a good job. Shower had great pressure which surprised me because there was a feeling in the air that they were cutting back. The rooms were dark at night because they used compact flourescent bulbs but that didn't bother us.
I thought the pool and dining area were very nice. Much prettier to sit around in the evening than Negril Gardens. All of the help was nice...some seemed to be sourpusses at first, but we typically tip people right away, so everyone was very attentive and nice to us.
On the weekends, the crowd swelled up to maybe 50 to 60 people, but for the majority of the days we were there, dinner was set for 30 to 34 people. So the beach was fabulous compared to Negril Gardens, Merrills and Legends. We had tons of space and didn't have to be near anyone if we didn't want to. The other hotels had packed beaches with chairs lined up so close to one another, it would have been hard to get in and out of your seat without stepping on those around you.
Overall, we did really enjoy Negril Inn. The beach, the gardens, the room, the pool, the location, the staff. ..it certainly wasn't 5 star but it wouldn't have been so bad if the food was better. Maybe we were spoiled from Negril Gardens. I'd give the food a D+C- but the overall Negril Inn experience a C+ B-.
The weather was perfect...hot and sunny everyday with just the right amount of afternoon clouds.
Thanks for everything you did to help us. By the way, we walked down to the other hotel you suggested possibly switching us to and we were glad we stayed where we were. We liked being more in the center of the action.
Take care,
Mary Jo Barbato
Thanks guys, we think your comments correctly reflect Negril Inn. It's not the best but the price is good. We very much appreciate these comments.

From Giuseppe Clementi who spent 9 nights at Sunset At The Palms Oct., 2005
Hi Craig,
The holiday is ended and I'm are still at work in Italy missing the sun of Jamaica. I want to thank you for your great professionality following my reservation. Just to let you know our impression about the resort we have seen, Sunset At The Palms is really the best, rooms and food are very good and everybody is very nice and kind. The only thing is that the beach is on the other side of the street but there is also someone taking care about you while crossing the road.............!!!
I was also at the Caves (his first choice) to see the place and talked to Eileen. The place is in bad conditions (just after Wilma) but really a nice hotel. Maybe for the next holiday...
Thanks so much
Giuseppe

From Brian and Julie Boerner before their Secret Rendezvous honeymoon at Couples Aug., 2005
Thanks again Craig (and Susan)!
If the service and attention you've shown us is any indication of how wonderful our trip will be, it will be one of the best trips, if not the BEST, we've ever taken!  I guess that's a good thing for a honeymoon, though.
Thank you again!

From Curt and Mary Braatz who spent 7 nights at Bar-B-Barn April, 2005
Our trip this year booked through your sight was fantastic. We were married during our stay. The Malcom Brothers took excellent care of our transportation. Norm and the crew at the restaraunt waited on us hand and foot. Our room was clean the people more than friendly. My new wife loved the garden outside our room. The entire experience was great. I will definately use one stop travel again.
Thanks

From Kelly Embley who attended her daughter's wedding at Coral Seas Beach April, 2005
Hello!
We are back from beautiful Jamaica!
I would like to tell you how much we enjoyed the Coral Seas Beach Resort. We couldn't have asked for a more friendly staff or better location.
Charm did a great job of getting everything in place and all of the arrangements made. I am going to email you a few pictures of the reception room to show you how great it looked, thought that you could use it for anyone else booking a wedding to give them an idea how it looks when it is decorated. Krista and Justin were thrilled with the ceremony at the cliffs, it was a beautiful location. Also, if you ever have a client that has any questions regarding a personal opinion on a wedding at Coral Seas feel free to have them call me at 604-685-9465. I would certainly recommend them.
Also, the Catamaran Cruise with Phillip Paxton's crew was certainly another highlite of this trip. It was a beautiful ship and the staff were a lot of fun. They took us to the reef for snorkeling and then to the caves for swimming and cliff diving. Everyone raved about the afternoon.
Thanks again for all you efforts,
Kelly Embley

From Anne Lesnet who stayed 5 nights at Xtabi

Our son was married on the beach at Negril Inn on New Year's Eve. It was absolutely beautiful.

From Margaret Thomas who spent 9 nights at Foote Prints On The Sands - Feb. 2005
Bob -- Just a note to say THANK YOU so much for your accommodation at Foote Prints for my birthday celebration!  It was WONDERFUL!  The staff, especially Jackie and Suzette, were wonderful and most gracious, as were Ms. Bea and Ingrid with whom I had many daily laughs.  I got some great reggae music from the bartender, Marlon, whom we partied with and his new bride, Patty -- it was just generally another fun time with more great folks.  Of course, I'm already planning a trip back sooner than I probably need to!  LOL
I especially loved having the yummy breakfasts at the seaside -- the food was excellent!
Thanks again for your generosity.  I have told many about the well-kept secret of Foote Prints.  Looking forward to visiting again real soon!  And please pass on  my regards to the ladies at the front desk -- they were angels, all of them!

Hi Bob and Susan.
We just spent 18 days at Hidden Paradise {returned 03 Feb/05}. We used Onestop Vacations to book the trip and everything was so great we will use your company again next year.
The airport pickup was excellent. Hidden Paradise was an Outstanding hotel. We hope to return next year for a longer stay. Momma Flo's is an excellent restaurant/bar. Thank you for supplying us with an terrfic holiday.

From Mary and Jack Martin who spent 9 nights at Bar-B-Barn - Jan. 2005
Bob and Susan,
Thanks again for your assistance setting us up with another great vacation. We just got back from Negril last Friday. We stayed at the Bar-B-Barn. The people, both guests and staff were very friendly. Norm was a good host and Angela had the best lobster pasta at her resturant upstairs. Norms yard food was good authentic Jamaican fare reasonably priced and lots of the locals also ate there. The atmosphere was casual just the way we like it and we enjoyed the music that played next door.   We refer all our friends who go to Jamaica to check out your website. We are very pleased with the service you provide.

From Bob Oberndorf who spent New Years at Negril Inn and then 4 days at Rockhouse - Dec. 2004/Jan. 2005
Dear Bob - Negril Inn was a great place to stay - OK food, nice grounds and people working the facility. New Year's Eve on the beach was fantastic - 300 - 400 people, live music and fireworks! I will return there.
The Rockhouse accomodations were nice - we got a cottage at the east end , so very private, but their prices on food and service was way out of wack - $9.00 for a pot of coffee! At $200 + per night, it should have been free!
Please find out the address for me of one of their listed boat guides. His name was Vincent - and I would highly recommend you list him as a great boat guide to the reefs and for additional tours up the Negril River. We had a lot of fun with him and wanted to send to him some clothes.
Thanks again - always nice doing business with you.

Ken & Sandra Koenig who spent 6 nights all inclusive at Coral Seas Beach - Dec.28,2004
Dear Susan,
We returned yesterday after having a great time at the Coral Seas Resort. We liked it so much that we are inquiring about rates for our family after Christmas 2005.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Sandy and Ken Koenig

From Rita Roberts (Harris) and Sherod Harris who spent took their vows at Tensing Pen - Dec. 2004
Bob & Susan,
Sherod & I just returned from Jamaica. We just want to thank you for helping us arrange our vacation. We had a great time at Tensing Pen. Your website is so true to life. We will be sure to share it with others that we know. Also the Malcolm Brothers were excellent ! You made a great choice in linking them to your business.
Thank You
Sherod & Rita Harris ( Roberts)
Thanks Rita, we may have to change our last names to Malcolm...see Barbara Angelino's comments below.

From Barbara Angelino who spent 5 days on the beach at Coral Seas Beach Resort - Nov. 2004
Hi Bob / Susan -
I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know how much we enjoyed the Jamaica trip we booked through ya'll (this is our second or third). We love working with you to plan our trips.
Knowing you must have a sense of humor to even to go Jamaica in the first place, we kept that outlook. Needless to say, the resort was pretty vacant since the hurricane has probably impacted tourism a lot. Anyway, as a result, the restaurant was basically out of most of the things on the menu at one time or another. I'm not complaining, mind you (I'm smiling as I type this and remember the experiences), it was really laughable. Lot's of other "Jamaican" stories, but suffice to say, as always, we were pleased with the arrangements - especially the airport transportation which we were a bit hesitent about. The vehicles and drivers were great.
We'll all probably go back next year, so you'll hear from us again. We really liked the resort - really nice staff and very adequate for the average traveler. We'll want to go back there next time.
Many thanks and have a great holiday!
Barbara Angelino
Thanks Barbara. We're so happy that Coral Seas was able to make you feel comfortable despite the circumstances. We love our drivers too!

Got back this last weekend from our first trip to Negril. I probably won't put the detail some have in their trip reports, but I'll try to give you some info about a first-timer's trip to Negril.
Packing (Y'all going to Hedonism can ignore this whole section if you're on the nude side): Once you pack, go back and take half of it out. We used swimsuits and cover-ups exclusively from the time we got up until we took a late afternoon shower. My cover-up also worked as a robe for hanging out in the room. It is hot and humid and almost everywhere we went was casual. I brought a couple of sundresses I used and jean shorts. The best top (and I'll bring more next time) was a tank top with a built in bra. My hubbie used maybe 2 pairs of shorts and a couple of brightly printed shirts. We ran low on underwear; they were easy to wash in the sink.
Stuff: I brought Mosquito Coils and left them along with Citronella candles for the next person in our room. Didn't really use them, but we didn't spend hardly any time in the room. Environmental nuts skip this next part - Off with DEET took care of the no-see-ums and the sand fleas at night. It also killed the little stoner ants we had in the bathroom. I say that because they would zing around in circles and were not like the ants we get in Texas. I used a ½ bottle of sunscreen SPF 30, sunglasses were indispensable and buy yourself a hat. I got mine from Ann who also does braiding on the beach and it saved my skin. Even with sunscreen, a hat, sitting in a palapa or other shade and living with a pool all summer in Texas (I'm pretty tan), I still got burned the first day without a hat.
Beach Vendors: I found a polite no-thank you to work fine. However, you are really missing out if you don't check them out. The fruit lady who had coconut tarts was our favorite. When we saw her coming we knew the afternoon munchie was there. It was like running for the ice cream truck as a kid. We also got some great jerk pork, fruit and patties from the beach vendors.
Food and Restaurants: We did all-inclusive at Coral Seas Beach resort, which was a small resort on the far end of the beach. The food selection was decent and the food was better than we expected and presented really well. They were cool about cutting up beach fruit or adding veggies if we asked (it was all a la carte). The service was excellent; they would call us in for lunch from the beach if we asked. Always allow ½ hour for food. We could ask for a piece of fruit or a 5 course meal, it always took ½ hour, even at other restaurants. We ate out at 3 Dives, Rockhouse and LTU for dinner. Also went out to Xtabi snorkeling one day from the cliffs and had lunch. The nicer local restaurants would come and do a free pickup. This was ONLY ONE WAY. We found this out when the Rockhouse driver tried to charge us twice the going rate on the way back and then was going to kick us out of the shuttle on a deserted part of the street in the cliffs (we caved and paid him). Make sure you agree on the price, once we really, really got that we had no more problems. 3Dives had the best lobster, LTU was the best dinner overall and Rockhouse had the best service. The Xtabi people were cool all the way around, we got some water, then snorkeled for several hours before having lunch and drinks.
Cliffs vs. Beach: One thing that I have never seen mentioned is that the cliffs are high up (duh - they are cliffs). I am scared of heights and while I loved the views and the beautiful resorts on the cliffs I don't think I would be happy there for the entire week. There are stairs and I went up and down them easily at Xtabi when we went snorkeling, but it was stressful and a little scary for a wimp like me. Coral Seas Beach Resort: Better than basic and we had a very nice stay. We would consider it again because of the nice people that worked there. This also seemed to be where some of the locals hang out and they were all very nice.
Most incredible experience: We had 2 amazing experiences. The first was on our second night (a Sunday). We walked a little ways down the beach at sunset and a church meeting was going on. A good sized group was singing, clapping and baptizing people at sundown and I can't begin to tell you how uplifting it was to stay back a little ways (respect) and watch. The second was at Rockhouse. While eating dinner an octopus decided to crawl around on one of the rocks below. He was beautiful and would open up and turn a stunning blue/white color then swim a little and repeat.
Snorkeling and Diving: We will probably go out on one of the glass bottom boats on our next trip, we snorkeled straight from the cliffs at Xtabi and had a great time. I went scuba diving for the first time with Negril Scuba ( I want to say they were at the Mariners on the beach?). Scuba was like snorkeling without the saltwater getting in your snorkel. The only scary moment was flipping backwards off the boat. I wish someone had told me it was as easy as it is and how much it is like snorkeling before I went. Of course, I did a resort dive only down to 40 feet and I know it is more complex if you go deeper and do more intensive diving.
Sungold Photography: I really screwed up on this one. I gave Paula the wrong date and was expecting her a day early. The day she came (the following day - the date I gave her) my husband had a bad ear infection and I did not see getting him off the beach chair and into clothes that day. She recommended a doctor and was very kind about my mistake. I was really sorry we didn't get a chance to have them take our pictures, the work they do is beautiful and maybe she'll work with us on our next trip.
I'm not sure what else there is to say. Vacation never lasts as long as you want it to and we have found a place that we want to return to every year. I have traveled all over the world and have never experienced a place like Negril. The people were great, the beach was the most beautiful beach I have ever been to and it has that great packed sand by the water that makes it easy to walk on. We went through Negrilonestop.com and they happened to be in Negril (well Susan and Christina, not Bob, we hope to meet Bob next trip) while we were there. That made the trip extra special, in addition to being really great people they answered questions, hung out with us some (just enough) and gave us pointers when we asked. We took over 300 pictures and are weeding through the pics for our web site. I'll post a link when we have it up (probably this weekend). Feel free to email me if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer what I can. Peace and respect to you all.
What a great report. Thanks!
Bob and Susan

From Barb, Bonnie, Billie, Brenda, Bev and Norma who stayed 10 days
all-inclusive "King and Queen" on the beach at Coral Seas Beach Resort
- Dec. 2003
We stayed at the Coral Seas Beach Resort on the "King and Queen" Special. This is the only way to go. We were picked up in a Limo at the airport with cold Red Stripes and soda. Free massages were great, food was excellent, Coral Seas Beach has one of the best chefs. Lobster and shrimp were fantastic!
Garfield and Donovan (Security) were beyond helpful and went out of their way to bring us coconut and other fresh fruit and Donovan brought me Lemon and Honey when I got a sore throat. (It really did help) Bartenders: Smiley, Kamal and Oniel were so fun, they sang old American rock songs with us and put on quite a show. They really made our evenings fun. Kim the waitress was shy but very attentive. Breakfast was wonderful (not buffet) The Menu on the "King and Queen" special was almost unlimited on choices and we loved being able to go to the other two resorts (Cliffs and Gardens) for any meal we wished.
What was really great was stopping on our boat ride to get free drinks at the cliff property on the way to the lighthouse and again on the way back.
What an experience, everyone else on the boat was jealous that we were able to do that.
I just cannot say enough great things about Coral Seas Beach Resort.
We will be back!
Norma Billie's Mom, says that it was a very nice place to stay and the staff were very accomodating and pleasant and fun to be around. Norma does not smoke or drink and still had a great time, she would recommend this resort to anyone.
We will all be back!

Thanks guys! We feel the same way about Coral Seas.

From Melissa Yorke who stayed 8 days on the beach at Coral Seas Beach Resort - Aug. 2004
Hello Susan,
Just a quick follow up note to say that the Coral Seas Beach Resort in Negril was quite a nice place to stay as you suggested.  I liked the size and the service and friendly staff was nice too.  The food was ok but my suggestion would be for them to add more authentic Jamaican recipes which has a little more spice to their menu.  I used their spa service and had to opportunity to see some shows on  the beach at near by resorts.  I felt safe and comfortable on the property even though the staff was stunned that I was really there alone and truly enjoying my days reading, sleeping and swimming.
I liked Jamaica and would certainly go back again maybe not as far out as Negril – I will try Montego Bay next time – do let me know if Onestop has properties in Mo Bay as well.
Thanks for directly me to a much needed getaway.
Melissa Yorke
Thanks Melissa, we will be speaking personally with the owner of Coral Seas and will bring up the food issue with him. We think it's a very good idea. You can find a link to our Montego Bay resorts at the top of our main page or you can go to www.montegobayonestop.com

From Anna Swanson who spent 3 days on the beach at Bar-B-Barn and then 3 days on the cliffs at Xtabi - Aug. 2004
I just wanted to tell you that I loved Negril and I cant wait to go there again, I made some great friends and fell in love with Jamaica, the people and the food.
Thanks again,

Jamaica, the people and the food...couldn't have said it any better ourselves.
Thanks Anna!

From Laura and Jim Slaughter who were married at Coral Seas Beach Resort - May 2004

Jim and Laura Slaughter

Hi Bob, Susan and all past, present and future Onestop guests.
Laura and I originally went to Coral Seas Beach in July of 2002 with the help of Negril Onestop. That trip was the best vacation that either of us had ever experienced. Working with Onestop is a pleasure and they will make any preparations and/or recommendations needed. Trust them, they won't do you wrong! Needless to say when I asked Laura to marry me last year we didn't think twice about where we were going to do it, Coral Seas Beach in Negril and of course Onestop would be the one to make the arrangements for us.
We just returned from that vacation and getting married at Coral Seas Beach on May 13th, 2004. My wife, myself and 20 other friends/family members from all over the States were there for the event. All of us stayed at the Beach under the All-Inclusive King and Queen package! What a blast! The wedding came off beautifully and we didn't have a single problem that wasn't worked out immediately by the staff at Coral Seas.
Thanks Bob and Susan for all of your help with this latest adventure and gracing us with your presence at our wedding. We hope that you had as much fun as we did. Bob it was great to see you perform as 'The Great White Bob Marley' at Alfred's- thanks for inviting us.
This was our 2nd time in Negril at Coral Seas and it definitely won't be our last. In fact we are trying to figure out ways to come a few more times again this Summer and Fall. We love the Coral Seas Beach property because it is away from the hustle bustle of the Main Beach but is within walking distance of the Action. Stay at any Coral Seas resort or any other property that Bob and Susan recommend and you won't regret it. Negril is definitely a destination that should be exeprienced by all.
Take care and we'll see you all again real soon.
The Jamericans- Jim and Laura.
Thanks Laura and Jim for inviting us. We had a fabulous time and we were also impressed with the way Coral Seas handled the arrangements.
We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

From Shaunda Wilson who spent 8 wonderful days at Beachcomber Club - April 2004
Hi Bob,
I hope all is well.  I understand that you're in Jamaica!  You're so lucky!  I meant to send you an e-mail sooner.  But you know how it is trying to get back into the swing of things after having a terrific vacation in Jamaica!
I just wanted to write and let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and the level of service we received.  The Beachcomber met and exceeded our expectations!  The staff were friendly, the food was good, the hotel and grounds are very, very nice, the rooms were spacious...I even spent an afternoon at the Spa!  The Drivers Kirk and Winston were on time, very courteous and professional.
I feel very confident using your services to book future vacations and I also plan to highly recommend your services to anyone planning their vacation to the areas you represent.
Again, thank you and I look forward to speaking with you in the near future!
Peace,
Shaunda

From Marina Dranitsaris who celebrated her 20th anniversary with her husband at Couples Ocho Rios - Feb. 2004
Hi Bob,
I meant to send you an e-mail telling you about our vacation.
It was wonderful!!!
It was better than remembered, the food was fabulouos, the services was terrific, the weather was iffy, but I still got a great tan so who cares! On our anniversary we ere sent a bottle of champagne and a plate of truffles - very, very nice.
We will definately go back again, and we will not wait another twenty-five years before doing so.
Thanks for your help with our trip.

From Jason Paul who stayed at Bar-B-Barn - Feb. 2004
Dear Negril One Stop,
My trip to Jamaica was fantastic but too short. Kirk Malcolm and Winston had me totally dialed in and they are the greatest! Thanks for making the trip such a breeze - the Bar B Barn was great and I appreciate all of your help with everything - I will be back....Yah Mon!
Kind Regards,
Jason Paul

From Cheryl Squires who experienced the "King and Queen" all-inclusive package at Coral Seas Beach Resort - Feb. 2004
I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that our trip to Jamaica was perfect.  I appreciate the great customer service.  Next winter I might be looking to book a trip for a group of 12.  If so, I will be sure to contact you.
Thanks

From veteran Negril visitor Mark Nelligan who spent three nights at Coco La Palm Resort - Feb. 2004
Hello Bob,
I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful time at Coco La Palm. Although my time there was too brief it was a perfect vacation when adding the 7 days on the west end. The property at Coco is in excellent condition, well maintained and comfortable and the best location on the beach. Kirk & his brother (Winston) were really good (as usual). Everything went without a single hitch.
I've been going to Negril as long as you have and hope to return again in two years (time for a change) but will definitely use your services again.
Kindest regards,
Mark Nelligan
P.S. I forgot to mention, the hotel gave us a free upgrade to a Deluxe double queen. The room was great!

From Josephine Morales who spent two wonderful weeks semi-all-inclusive at Coral Seas Beach Resort - Jan./Feb. 2004
Hi Bob and Susan
Returned safely from Coral Seas Beach a couple of days ago. Had a great time. It's just my kind of place. Plenty adequate but still kind of rustic. Lots of very nice guests there to talk to. Food was excellent.
I did hear plenty about you from the staff - all about your Reggae music so hope to catch you both there at some time.
Thanks for your recommendation.
Best wishes,
Josephine Morales.

From Linda and Bill Deshane who spent 14 nights all-inclusive at Negril Inn - Jan. 2004
Hello Susan and Bob,
I want to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Negril Inn. Our room was wonderful (D-7) except for the dogs barking at Roots Bamboo but the Inn has no control over that. The staff is out of this world. They were very friendly and took very good care of us. The food was very tasty but after a week of chicken and fish we got kind of tired of it but for the price we paid there was no problem eating elsewhere. The drinks were delicious and the Red Stripe very cold and refreshing on a hot day on the beach.
We were very much satisfied with the Negril Inn. As a matter of fact, we are planning to return next winter the last week of January and first week of February or the first two weeks of February. My brother and his wife and my sister are planning on joining us. Maybe when you get prices for next year you could let us know we we can make our plans accordingly. There were not many guests there (the most at one time were 12) and we all discussed why there were not more guests.
We all were very satisfied. Thank you for making the plans for us and let us know about next years prices.
Best regards,
Linda :-)

From John Bolduc who spent 7 nights in a pillar house at Heartbeat - Jan. 2004
I have returned from Negril - Heart Beat Pillar house.
I had a wonderful time, and the Heart Beat was perfect.  The receptionist (I forget her name) was very knowledgeable and helpful.  The atmosphere was perfect.  It was wonderful.

From Mary Jones who brought 36 people for a wedding to Negril Inn - Dec. 2003
Hi Bob-
We're back in the swing of things in northern Minnesota.   We came back to 30 degrees below (Fahrenheit) and I think our bodies went into shock.   I wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had.  The group we travelled with was awesome.  There were a few very minor complaints (no air conditioning in one room, no hot water in one room) but nothing to ruin the trip and overall, everyone was very happy!!!  The wedding was perfect.  The minister did a great job as did the photographer.  Liz said it was everything she had hoped for and then some.   The staff at Negril Inn was wonderful and I really got along well with Winston and the transportation he provided.  Everyone is planning a return trip and I hope to work with you again in the future.
Thanks for ALL the help in making this trip work so smoothly!!!
Mary

From Don and Darcy who enjoyed their vacation on the cliffs at Xtabi Resort - April 2003

Don and Darcy Baryliuk
Bob and Susan,
This is long time coming, but we would like to thank you so much for all of your help while planning our holiday to the Xtabi Resort in Negril in April 2003.  Don and I had a wonderful time, and were very sad to leave.  We appreciated you taking the time to answer all of our questions before we left.  The best part was being able to meet you in person in Negril. It's so nice to see people who enjoy their jobs so much.
We have nothing but great comments to make about our stay At Xtabi.  The staff was wonderful.  Joe, the "groundskeeper" was there whenever we needed him and our driver who picked us from the airport, Kingsley, was a Godsend.  He helped us so much during our first few days there.  He gave us the "ins and outs" and went out of his way for us.  We thank him!
Our cabin was very nice.  It was such a great feeling to be able to just sit and watch the water and have no worries.  It was well worth every penny!
What we do recommend to others who are not travelling all inclusive is to try different restaurants, but order appetizers.  We found eating big meals every nite was just too much, not to mention costly.  We enjoyed doing the appetizer plan better!
One of our highlights there was taking the Black River Safari.  We had our own personal driver, Roger, who was wonderful.  He gave us more information about the countryside then if we were to go on a bus!  He took us to places that were not included in our tour and learned so much!  He was great!
We also enjoyed going to the Reggae Festival on the beach.  We had the pleasure of listening to "White Bob" perform.  It was wonderful listening to the music!
All in all, we couldn't have asked for any better.  We would recommend going to Negril, especially the Xtabi Resort, to anyone.  It was a wonderful place to relax.
We look forward to going back sometime in the future, and of course, dealing with Bob and Susan once again!

From Marc and Tanya Rainford who had a wonderful all-inclusive vacation at Coral Seas Beach Resort - Sept. 2003
Hi Susan,
I really glad we were able to meet Bob and Craig, we had a great time in Negril.  Enjoyed our stay at Coral Seas, the people that work there were great, the food was very good, the rooms need a little help though, all in all we enjoyed it.  The limo ride was great and the king and queen package is well worth it.  We loved the Rockhouse, really beautiful, although the people who worked there were not quite as friendly as the people at Coral Seas.
Just want to tell you we had a fantastic time!!  We really enjoyed the trip and look forward to our next one.  We don't know when it will be but if it is to Jamaica we will definitely contact you.
Thanks for all your help.
Sincerely,
Marc and Tanya

Hello everyone...we have had so many positive comments over the years about our drivers the Malcolm brothers (Tulla, Kirk, Winston and Paltey) who do all of our airport tranfers and tours, that we decided to share one of these comments.
Hi Bob and Susan,
I just wanted to thank you so very much for arranging our airport transfers with Kirk.   This past weekend was absolutely outstanding and Kirk played a HUGE roll in it.   He is one of the nicest guys I have ever met!  I cannot wait to go back and to use Kirk's services again and again.  I just cannot praise him highly enough.
Thank you again!
With warmest regards,
Maura Gunnip

From Chris and Liz Reynolds who enjoyed their vacation at Banana Shout - Sept. 2003
Dear Bob and Susan,
We're just back from our recent trip to Banana Shout, and I wanted to pass along our thanks. BS exceeded our expectations - a very nice and tidy place, that was nicer and more comfortable than I had anticipated. The grounds were extremely well-kept.
John the caretaker was underfoot occasionally, but was very pleasant and did an excellent job. We were also pleased to find that the windows were screened, which made for very few mosquito issues.
Villa #2 which we stayed in would be my choice again by far - great view, and it had some shade (unlike #3, which was more exposed to the hot afternoon sun).
Overall, we were very pleased.
Thanks for your help & best regards,
Chris

From Felicia Mihas and Kevin Davey who split their stay between a studio and villa at Rockhouse - Aug. 2003
Dear Bob & Susan,
I just wanted to send you an e-mail and thank you so much for all your help in getting our trip booked and giving me such great advice.
We had a bit of delay in Miami but made it to Montego Bay and our driver Kirk Malcolm was there waiting. He was by far the nicest person we met during our entire stay in Negril and we were able to have him take us to Mayfield Falls later in the week too so we got to spend quite a bit of time with him. I can't say enough good things about him.
Kevin and I loved the Rockhouse Hotel, it is just as beautiful as you think it will be in the photos. Quiet, relaxing, clean, and so tropical. We really loved it there. We stayed in the studio room and the Villa, both were great (my favorite was the villa). The restaurant was great too, even though it was a bit more expensive. I would definitely stay there again.
Negril is really beautiful as is all of Jamaica and we are so glad we went. We ended up taking taxis most of the time to dinner and to shop instead of walking because we weren't quite used to all the vendors, but it worked out fine . The food is fantastic. We only went to the beach side one night, the rest of the time we stayed on the West end because it was so beautiful and unique.
I had a little difficulty with the money conversion but was getting it down by the end of the week. I can see why you have such a fondness for Negril. Kirk even showed us the street where your house is from a distance. It seems as if there was so much we didn't even see yet, and we hope to make it back some time.

Thanks again and our best to you and your family.

From Karl West who spent a fabulous 6 nights "KIng and Queen" at Coral Seas Beach Resort - July 2003 Bob/Susan/Onstop team,
My Girlfriend and I would like to thank you for providing a GREAT service. Our trip to Negril was VERY good. We had a great stay at Coral Seas Beach Resorts. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The Chef that made us breakfast knew our selection by the 3rd day. The Limo ride to and from the Airport made us feel like movie stars ;-).
I would recommend all of your clients to Negril to take the Mayfield tour w/lunch. That is a beautiful place to visit. Winston was very nice and took very good care us for the trip to Mayfields.
As for the MaxTouch service, I picked up the Cell phone at the Airport and had no problem with their service. Now if they can only get the cell number to their customers before they reach JA then it would be great.
I have some nice pictures of Coral Seas Beach. If you like I can send you a few, maybe you can use it on your web site.
Thanks
Again.

From Gene Schenkle who spent 7 nights at Legends Resort - July 2003
Dear Bob and Susan,
We just got back from our vacation in Negril. We had a great and relaxing vacation and can't wait to return. Although we were not overlly impressed with the Legends resort we had a great time. The resort was basic which we knew but we would not stay on the garden side again. We were glad that we did not take the all inclusive at Legends as the food was not that good. We did however eat at a different restaurant each night and the food was excellent. The jerk chicken and the grilled lobster was out of this world. We also met a few really interesting people who had gone to Negril for vacation and returned and bought homes and never went back. That's a great idea. I would also like to thank you for all of your help in planning this trip. You have customers for life. I could go on and on about how much fun we had. But you already know how great Negril is. Can't wait to go back for another vacation...only next time its gotta be for 2 weeks...one week is not long enough.
Thanks,
Gene Schenkel

Hi Susan and Bob,
Thank you so much for the photos.  It was great to meet you after talking on the phone on several occasions.  You all did a great job setting us up with a fantastic place to stay.  We enjoyed ourselves so much that we want to try to get back there next year.  We absolutely loved Catcha Falling Star.  The staff was wonderful and the grounds were beautiful.  The only problem we had was calling our driver.  Negril didn't have landline phones that worked.  However, the locals helped us out by letting us borrow their cell phones.  We can't wait to get back to Catha Falling Star!  We can't thank you enough for setting up our wonderful honeymoon.
Julie and Rob

From Butch and Debbie Bos who enjoyed their week at Coral Seas Cliff - May 2003
We had a wonderful time on our vacation and we enjoyed it all - the people are gentle and accommodating and we felt safe. We would definitely go back - probably to the exact same hotel on the same plan. We are not sure yet were we will take our 'annual husband and wife time' trip in 2004 - we may want to try another spot or maybe not - we really enjoyed Jamaica.
Best to you - Debbie

From Janisha Jones who's found a new Negril home at Hidden Paradise - May 2003

Bob,
I cannot express how grateful I am to you for all of your help and assistance in booking my accommodations. You listened to all of my questions and concerns and suggested the best place for me, and Hidden Paradise is now my new home in Negril. The front office offers internet access at a reasonable rate, phone cards, and television rental (even though I was on vacation I did rent a tv and it comes with cable) - They're now included - Bob.
The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was neat (how nice to have a walk in closet in the bathroom!), and the staff were all very nice. The room also comes with a phone (I received a call from the kitchen every morning for breakfast, which I thought was very considerate).
Breakfast was included in my plan and it was the best meal of the day for me. The plates were huge (so big I was able to share with my friends when they came by to visit) and cooked to perfection. I even had the option of eating at the pool bar, my veranda or in the room.
I spent a lot of time at the pool (the views from the pool were awesome, I took tons of pictures from my lounge chair) and how nice to find a few kittens to feed in the morning waiting on my veranda.
The location of Hidden Paradise was great, and even though I love the beach, it was really refreshing to be able to walk on the property, hearing only the sounds of nature. All of my friends that came to visit me gave compliments on the room-they all love the property now and told me to make sure that I stay there every time I return to Jamaica.
I will definitely be back soon!
You've made a customer for life :-)
Janisha
It's comments like this that make our job so enjoyable! Thanks!

From Jeff Konieczynski who stayed at Coral Seas Beach Resort - May 2003
I just wanted to write you and say that my stay at the Coral Seas Beach in Negril was excellent. We had great service the whole time and felt like a king and queen. I would recommend this place to any person wanting a relatively inexpensive stay in Negril, but still receive an all-inclusive service. I also would recommend the cliffs (Coral Seas Cliff) for dinner during sunset. Especially if you want to get engaged, it worked for me. Thanks Onestop and Coral Seas for making my stay in Negril the best.
Jeff Konieczynski
It obviously set the right mood!

From David Brown who stayed 4 nights at Coral Seas Garden - April 2003
Susan and Bob,
Thank you very much for the services you provided on my first trip to Jamaica. Your thoughtfulness and concern is very much appreciated. My return to the airport in Montego Bay and my ultimate return to Minnesota went well. I had a very enjoyable trip, and will plan another at a future date. Sorry that I was unable to make it to Roots Bamboo on Wednesday evening to hear Bob sing, but thank you for the invite nonetheless. I am sure it was one more nice experience that I missed, but will make up for on future visits. Thank you again for everything.

From Ruth and Patrick Sutton who enjoyed a great vacation at Merrils II - April 2003

Dear Bob & Susan,
Well, we just got back yesterday from Negril and already want to make plans to come back!!! We absolutely loved Negril and "White Bob" - you be jammin!!! Dancing on beach at Roots Bamboo was a great night!! Could you please check availability on Merrill's II - Room #1004 for either February 7, 2004 through February 11 (checking out February 12) or February 14 through February 18 (checking out February 19th). Thanks for helping us with all of our arrangements - it was indeed a most splendid getaway!!! It was great meeting both of you. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ruth and Patrick Sutton
Thanks guys! Lookin' GOOD!

From Beth and Bob Stauffer who spent their honeymoon at Hotel Samsara - March. 2003
Bob,
We returned on Friday from our honeymoon at Samsara! I wanted to compliment you on your driver choice. Winston was the most wonderful and helpful person. We had such a great time and we were so comfortable and felt so safe in his care. He is a Jamaican national treasure!!!
Samsara was very nice too. The pillar house was great. Not quite exactly what I expected, but nice nonetheless. I liked having the cliffs to "retire" to and the beach option @ Legends for the daylight hours. The resort owner was very pleasant and what a busy guy!! (Of course, we didn't help his load any by breaking the bed the first night there). And then we were evacuated from the pillars on Mon night - BIG waves flooding the floors. It started out to be quite an adventure. It was nice to know that everything was included from the get-go.
I want to be completely honest with you though. I thought Jamaica was full of nice, friendly people. The front desk girls were very nice, but the food service and bartenders needed some help in being a little friendlier. There was one very nice bartender (Michelle? or Melissa or something like that) at Legends. The rest were not... it was like pulling teeth to get them to smile or make small talk. My only other complaint would be that there should be a way to get snacks during non-meal times or coffee before 8am. Especially at Samsara where there is nothing nearby. I was STARVING by 7pm dinner time. Maybe we should move down there and start a vending and/or snack service to some of these places, we'd make a fortune!!!
But what fun we had!!! It was a great time and we made friends with some other guests. It was a trip we will be talking about for years to come!!
Thanks for all your help and give Winston a raise!! He is so sweet and kind. We had lunch with him on the way back to the airport - I'm glad we had time to do that!
Thanks again.

From Susan Klema, Dana Schwanz and MJ Helgren who spent a fantastic week at Negril Cabins - March. 2003
Sue, Dana and MJ on the beach Sue, Dana and MJ Sue, MJ and Dana at Rick's
Bob and Susan,
What a great trip! Dana finally made it!  The week was tooooo short.
I've sent some pictures of the classroom and kids.  Wayne the guy in the picture with the bus was our personal driver. He worked at the cabins and we were asking him about the school (Happy Hearts Day School) and next thing we knew he was taking us!
It was great.  He took us to 2 schools, the first one we are not sure of the name, and then he asked where the Happy Heart School was.  The teachers were grateful at both schools.  We had taken over 600 pencils, some colored and white chalk, crayons, scissors, coloring books, paper, abc's for the wall and desk along with number lines for their desks.
The happy heart school was alot more colorful now than in the pictures.  Helen had some pictures she was gonna send but she didnt have them when we were there,  so we took some.
The kids were adorable.  I bent down and they all wanted to touch my hair!

That day we went to Ricks (Rick's Cafe) place too.  That was great fun!  An experience that was a must! They wouldnt let the three of us jump from the high cliff so we jumped down by the bar and had someone take a picture. What a blast.

We went out 3 nights. Dana didnt want to go.  2 times at Alfreds and once at De Buss.
I liked Alfreds.  We walked along the beach at night too. We switched our room.  We had 603 I think it was, which you couldn't see the road but you could hear it (very loud) so we switched to 410. Al ot better.  It was set back so the walk was beautiful to get to our room.  We were disappointed in the bar at night.  One bartender, and everyone went after dinner.  Wasnt a big deal but it would have been nice if there were 2 bartenders.

We talk about going back next year to see the changes since they are building on the beach. Also i think maybe some the same staff will be there.  A lot of nice people!

Well I need to get to bed,  my first night back to work :(
Thanks for getting us there.  It was a great trip, just what I needed.
Its a blessing that we can do this every year.
Thanks for everything!
Sue Klema
That was just a great report...thanks! We really appreciate the pictures of yourselves and Happy Hearts School. It just goes to show what can happen when a few people put in the effort.
Thanks again for everything. We look forward to hearing from you next year.

Bob and Susan,
I wanted to let you know that we had a great time in Jamaica. We were very happy with the arrangements we made through you. Our vacation went very smooth. Driver, Malcolm, was a great guy. He was waiting for us at arrival and was prompt picking us up. I was impressed when he stopped by the hotel to make sure our rooms and everything was OK. I have recommended your web site and driver to all I know.
Thanks for making our vacation a special one.

Bob and Susan,
Thank you for helping make a wonderful vacation. All of the gang loved Negril. We have telling everyone how great it is, about our experiences, and your help. We hope to get back there this fall!! We loved CoCo LaPalm. I was not sure they were ready for all of us, but it was great. They were always willing to help us and make our stay better. We will stay there again. Tulla was our driver to and from the airport. He, too, did a great job in seeing we were happy.

Just a note to thank you for arranging a wonderful vacation at the Coral Seas Beach Resort. The facilities were excellent and the staff were wonderful.
I've told all my friends what a great time I had and now they want to plan something for the spring. I told them all about the service you offer and I'm sure that if they decide to come to Jamaica that Negril Onestop will be used to make the arrangements.
Have a great day!!

Thanks Rochelle, we love that package as well. We look forward to hearing from you and your friends in the spring. - Bob and Susan

From Russ Bockstedt who stayed at Rondel Village - Dec. 2002
Thank you for your assistance on this and the arrangements. We did have a great time.
I especially want to convey our thanks to the Malcolm brothers. They provided very courteous, punctual and delightful service. They adapted to our changed arrival times, provided a nice day trip to YS Falls and Black River, and nice return to Montego Bay. They were very nice and provided informative information regarding Jamaica.
Thanks,
Russ Bockstedt

From Bruce Brown who spent 5 wonderful days at Idle Awhile - Dec. 2002
Bob,
Thanks for your help...Idle Awhile is the best/cozy hotel in Negril. The service and staff is world-class. The name Idle Awhile best describes the place. My wife and I had the best time just hanging by the beach & restaurant. Our room was cozy yet hip.

From Steve McLean who stayed 7 nights at Hidden Paradise - Dec. 2002
Hi Bob.
I got back from Jamaica on Sunday evening and just wanted to send you a quick note to say thanks for your help in arranging things. Winston was a prompt and efficient driver in getting us from the airport to the hotel and back and Hidden Paradise was exactly that. The location was great, the room was fine, the grounds and the pool were very well-maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly. And Mama Flo was a fine host and a great cook at the restaurant. I used a number of your coupons at a variety of restaurants and they were accepted everywhere except Margarataville. Thanks for that as well. I'll definitely keep you in mind the next time I return to Negril. Have a happy new year and all the best for 2003. Steve McLean
Thanks so much for the very fine comments and we've dropped Margueitaville from our coupons

From Tom and Terri who stayed 7 nights at Foote Prints On The Sands Resort - Dec. 2002
Bob & Susan,
Will writer more later after we have calmed down. At this point, we are ecstatic, exuberant, delighted, tickled plumb to death, overjoyed, overwhelmed, and pleased beyond expression.
You have our business! Kirk Malcolm is the gem of Jamaica!
One of the best ever, and I've enjoyed islands from Java to Jamaica.
Happy holidays, guys. Lots of rainbows.
Our December trip to Negril was perfect, bordering on even better, thanks to you and your services. Great job! We'll be back with you!
Here is what Tomn and Terry had to say in our guest book
Anyone who has been paying attention to some of the bad press about Jamaica needs to get in touch with you and your Jamaican contacts; our trip certainly disproved a lot of the bad stuff that the vested interests are spreading. Tom & Terri Nelson
One of the nicest comments we have ever had. We'll be sure to let Kirk know how appreciated he is!
We also hope people see this last comment!

From Louis and Sherri Galvalo who stayed at Negril Cabins and circled the island - Sept. 2002
Bob... what can I tell you???....Jamaica was everything you said and more.....
Sheri and I had a wonderful time , and everyone , and I mean everyone ,was very nice to us, "Tula" was there at the Airport waiting for us just like you told us, and we even had a complimentary drink for the ride.... we spent the first week between the cabin and the beach, but after that we traveled around on a moped ( Rick's Cafe, the Light House, Mo'Bay) we also did a 2 day tour around the Island ( Dunn's , Ochi, Port Antonio, the blue lagoon , the Blue Mountains, Kingston, etc..) we had so much fun!!!... we sailed a Catamaran , snorkeled the reef ,and had lobster at the beach with the locals "Rastas", we did so much, and it ws so hard leaving...
We made really good friends , a couple from Germany, that got married the same day we did, and we have an open invitation to Germany to visit with them, we also meet a lot of Jamaican folks that became really good friends with us... can you believe they had a "911 service" just for us??... that was so sweet and realy made us feel at home, they also had a little get together for us the last day we were there, and I can honestly say that everyone, managers and staff treated us like "old Friends"...
Bob Thank you , Jamaica is indeed a beautiful place.
Louie and Sheri.

From Beth and Carl Swaggert who stayed at Charela Inn and Rockhouse - Aug. 2002
Dear Susan and Bob.
I had to write to tell you what a wonderful time Carl and I had in Negril. Both Charela Inn and the Rockhouse were perfect for us. We sailed like crazy at Charela and  got rotund on the food. We snorkeled every day and went kayaking at Rockhouse - we even saw a sea turtle while snorkeling which has always been my dream! It was a wonderful 25th wedding anniversary.
Thank you for all your help. We hope to return to Jamaica soon.
Beth and Carl Swaggert

From Gloria D. who spent her vacation at Negril Cabins Resort - Aug. 2002
Hello Susan and Bob,
Just to let you know Negril Cabins was a terrific time - lovely place , gracious staff.
Thanks to you for getting me there!  Continued success to you!
Oh, and  my driver was Paltey - one of the younger Malcom bros.  If you communicate with the other guys, please let them know what a treasure they have in Paltey - a super guy !

From Leslie and Gary Kelly who had a wonderful stay at Charela Inn - Aug. 2002
Hi Bob & Susan,
Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know what a wonderful holiday we had at Charela Inn.  Everything you said and stated on your web site are absolutely true!...  Including the photo's? This was the first time I've booked a holiday over the internet and as you can imagine, I was nervous? in fact, we were still very sceptical as we came out of the airport looking for "Tula" our taxi driver? much to our delight and relief, there he was!... That was the start of a wonderful holiday. Thank you.
I want to recommend Charela Inn to anyone who wants a relaxed, clean, beach holiday in a mature atmosphere/setting.  With Charela Inn having a private beach concept, Anthony cleaned the beach area and pulled out our sun loungers every morning? what a service!... the sun loungers are set back a little from the main "walk way" on the beach? which enabled me to lie on my lounger all day and  read my book without people walking past or trying to sell me something? This is just what I wanted!...
The sunset cruise was great too!... My son Jack (age 9) really enjoyed the cruise boat, in fact he made friends with "Skipper" and "Soldier" (the guys in charge of the cruise) and on the second Tuesday, they had him up front steering the boat back to Charela? they named him Captain Jack, he was thrilled!...
I would also like to recommend that people go "all-inclusive" at this resort as the restaurant is clean and well staffed with great food? the 5 course set dinner menu is great (in fact, I went with the set menu most nights) the house wines were good and at $8 a carafe, a good price too!... Very drinkable! If you want a paradise setting, relaxed atmosphere, with no crowds and do nothing, then Charela Inn is the place to go!.
On that note, I will close, as I'm getting depressed at not being there?
Thanks again,
Lesley & Gary Kelly (past & most definitely future customers)
These are the kind of comments we live for...thanks!. - Bob and Susan

From Jeff Galbreath and significant other who spent a great 5 night stay at Villas Sur Mer - July 2002
Bob & Susan,
Negril was great! Kirk was very polite , on time and next time we go to Jamaica we will be booking through you. I will also be recommending you to my friends. Villas Sur Mer was everything you described it to be. I took some underwater pictures in the private cove let me know if you would like a copy to possibly post on your web site.
Sandra and Elton at Villas catered to our every need. Thanks so much for your assistance in booking our vacation.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your great comments. The pictures will go up on our site when we receive them. - Bob and Susan

From Nancy and Dave and their three children who spent five days at Hidden Paradise - June 2002
We returned from Negril on Wednesday night and had a wonderful trip. We were met by our driver, Tula Malcolm and were on our way to Negril within an hour of arrival. This being our first trip to Jamaica, we were quite enthralled by everything.. the street cows, the scenery, the bustle of the city. Tula acted as tour guide and pointed out many points of interest between Montego Bay and Negril. We arrived at our destination, Hidden Paradise, by 2:30, where we were met by very the friendly staff and shown to our apartment. We had booked our accommodations (and our transfers) through Negril One Stop and they took care of all the paperwork prior to our arrival. Our apartment was quite spacious (3 air conditioned bedrooms, 3 baths, a huge open living area with a kitchen, cooled by ceiling fans and louvered windows ), immaculate, and just right for my family that included my 14 year old daughter, my 17 year old son and his 16 year old girlfriend, who is conveniently also a friend of my daughter. ...to be continued...
This narrative is quite lengthy and involved but will give anyone who has never been to Negril or Jamaica incredible insight from first timers who really got into their trip and made the most out of a five day stay.

From Joe and Shiela who spent four days at Coral Seas Cliff Resort - May 2002
Dear Bob, Had a great time once again @ Coral Seas Cliffs. The weather was a bit rainy but that still did not stop us from having an amazing stay. The staff was great and the food was delicious. Sheila and I are trying to go back before the end of the year. Thanks again for all your help.

From Chris and Christine who vacationed at Coral Seas Cliff Resort - April 2002

Bob / Susan,
Just wanted to thank you for your help in booking our trip to Negril. The accommodations were great at Coral Seas Cliff Resort. We enjoyed the cliffs so much that we only went to the beach one day. We were definitely "West Enders".
We ate dinner at Erica's Restaurant twice, we also enjoyed Choices Rest. We went to Rick's cafe once for about 45 minutes. Rick's was too trendy, too touristy for us. Not what we are in to. Our sunset was just as spectacular at Coral Seas.
We spent one day on a motorcycle. Explored the mountains and then the Orange Hills area. All was beautiful.
The staff was great. Tula the driver was very informative and extremely professional. He is a great reflection on Onestop. If an opportunity comes up we will certainly recommend your services to anyone.
We still look at our photos and are still showing them to friends and family. Beyond any doubt, the best vacation we have ever taken.
Thanks Again,
Chris and Christine Hood
We're so happy that Chris and Christine took the time to explore this beautiful island. - Bob and Susan

From Janine and David who spent a wonderful week at Negril Beach Club Condos - Jan. 2002
Dear Bob and Susan,
we returned last night from our week at negril beach club condos. we had a wonderful time - it couldn't have been nicer. the weather was not perfect but could have been much worse. we were very happy with the accommodations - i did take a walk thru charela which you had also recommended. i see what you meant by describing it as a nicer property - it was very very pretty. for our purposes tho in retrospect i would still have chosen the beach club.
the most wonderful thing we experienced with your help was our driver kirk. he was absolutely fabulous and i feel sad that we cannot continue to enjoy his company. he took us the inland route to negril clearly happy to take us whichever way we chose. when i asked him if the inland route made sense for his purposes he said it did not matter that it was only our desire that counted - he was very formal in that respect and it was very sweet. we hired him again to take us to mayfield and again a wonderful experience. between the 2 trips i believe we got a full education on life in jamaica which was especially nice for our daughters 18 and 21.
we can't say enough good things about him and we regret not asking him for his address to keep in touch. we had a wonderful time thanks to your help. if there is any info we can provide having just returned please feel free to ask. we ate out every night etc. again - thank you - and when you speak to kirk please express our gratitude for his services and our personal joy in having met him. if there is anything we can do with respect to sending him things from the US please let him know we would be happy to - perhaps you could provide a mailing address? i didn't want to ask at the time as i didn't want to admit we may not be seeing him again ? !
again - thank you so much

From Debbie and Fred and Nancy and Jack who spent their vacation at Negril Cabins - Dec. 2001
Hi Bob and Susan,
Fred and I returned from our wonderful visit to Negril Cabins on Dec. 3rd, and it exceeded all our expectations! The grounds of that place cannot be beat! Our friends, Nancy and Jack, got to stay until the 7th (those dogs..), but we still got to enjoy some adventures with them. Since Nancy always seems to have a story after her Negril visit.....you know last year was the broken arm at YS falls......well this year on a boat ride with Wesley on his glass bottom boat...we actully saved a life! We were snorkling out by Booby Cay...and heard cries for help. A poor guy from Boston had capsized in his boat and had been adrift with only a life jacket for 2 hours...the boat was lost!!! The moral of this story is that if you want an adventure in Negril...go with Nancy. I want to specifically thank our driver Kirk, for safe passage through that AWFUL road construction between Montego Bay and Negril.....do you happen to have a mailing address for him or his brother Winston? I also have a couple of great pictures to send to him...I think he would really enjoy them!!!
Thanks again for all your help in arranging a great vacation and memory.
Sincerely,
Debbie Blankenship

From July and Joe who spent a week at Foote Prints On The Sands - Nov. 2001
Just a thank you to Footeprints for another wonderful year! We've been coming to Jamaica and staying with the "Footes" for 10 years and we're already planning next years trip. They have a terrific staff that will meet your every need. Jamiaca is as beautiful as your friends tell you... Maybe even better!
Thanks, Julie&Joe

From Judy and Randy who spent a week at Bar-B-Barn - Nov. 2001

We had a great time in Negril. Bar-B-Barn was great. The people there were very nice to us. We loved our river walk excursion and had a great time snorkeling.
Thanks for all of your help.

From Jeannie who spent three nights at Foote Prints - Sept. 2001
The staff at Foote Prints were very friendly and polite. The waitress in the restaurant was really good. The food was limited but was nicely prepared and we really did have a good time. As for the wedding, it was beautiful but inn all honesty I personally preferred Foote Prints to Sandals as Sandals was so busy and crowded. The more laid back atmosphere of Foote Prints was my kind of vacation. Thanks for everything you did for us.
That's our kind of vacation too!! Thanks Jeannie - Bob and Susan

From Nancy who's returning to Negril Cabins - Nov. 2001 after having such a wonderful time in March, 2001 (see below)
Just wanted to let anyone who might be thinking about negril to use Bob and Susan's site. Everything went perfectly. Negril cabins was great.
Thanks so much, Nancy! and welcome back. - Bob and Susan

From Kim and her two friends who spent a week's vacation at Negril Cabins and Home Sweet Home- August 2001:
Hello Bob and Susan - we are back home from our journey to Negril. I am writing to let you know of our trip.
First of all, Winston and Captain Kirk are "the best"! Good people! I was really pleased with the clear communication/promptness with Winston. We met many other good people of Jamaica also, Roy and Aaron to mention a few, and they all spoke very highly of you both.
Need I tell you that my college gals (Stef and Meg) "could have" fallen in and out of lust several times; however, that is not what they are looking for....they were flattered with all the attention... actually we always knew there were decent men around if any problems occurred (which never happened).
We ventured out on our own several times shopping, the sunsets from Ricks Cafe, the nightlife at Alfred's, etc... Y.S Falls was a blast and Stef went off the rope swing when no one else would. The food was yummy especially at the local places, Sweet Spice, Juicy J's, Mr. Slice...
Although we thoroughly enjoyed the beach side, our favorite is the cliff side. Thank you for insisting we should experience both sides of Negril. By the way, Alex at Home Sweet Home was extremely accommodating and wonderful! I would describe the Penthouse as "a bit funky, but most charming. Definitely the room with a view".
Thank you Onestop for answering all my silly questions, for making great recommendations, and for being reliable! Perhaps someday we will be able to experience Negril further....until then...ahhhhhhh
Sincerely, Kim B.

Sunday and Vanessa From Sunday and Vanessa who had a great time at Rondel Village- May 2001:
I can NOT say how fabulous our trip was!!!! We had the absolute time of our lives! This was the BEST birthday I have ever had and since it was my 25th (a milestone) it was EVEN better chillin' on the beach! I have Joy soo excited about her trip I am sure she is ready to pop. Rondell was superb! We had a prob with our fridge and guess what?!?!? It was after hours so they actually took a fridge from a vacant vill and the guards CARRIED it on their backs JUST so that we could have a fridge! Top notch service, so friendly, so clean, so neat, constant beautification and maintenance. The jacuzzi was the creme de la creme! The night time relaxation in the jacuzzi was it! The people are wonderful, the landscape BREATHTAKING and just a good time all around!
THANKS Bob and Susan!!!!! You have made my YEAR! We will be back! Without a doubt!!!!!!!!!
STILL IRIE, MON!
PEACE & BLESSINGS

Pam and Paul From Pam and Paul who spent ten nights with their friends
Cindy and George Cindy and George at Idle Awhile- April/May 2001:

Dear Bob and Susan,
Greetings from Nebraska. It was hard to come back home, we absolutely fell in love with Jamaica. The people, the country, the ocean, it was all perfect. Susan was right on the money when she told us everything we desired was in Jamaica, we couldn't have been happier with our vacation (except we would have stayed even longer). Paul and I are already looking forward to our next trip. I would like everyone to give it a chance. It was a little intimidating the first day dealing with the workers on the beach but after you got to know them and you picked the few you wanted to deal with it was just part of the experience. I feel that we even made friends with a few. The Jamaican people will do what it takes to please you and earn your 'respect' and they definitely earned mine. Just don't apply your American ideals to them, and relax and enjoy. That is what we did and we fell in love with Jamaica, the people and with each other. It was like a renewal for our marriage. When we return we have already decided to renew our vows. I can't put into words how absolutely fantastic we thought Negril was, we wanted for nothing while we were there. We stayed at Idle A While and the staff was fantastic. The food was fabulous, our room had a great view and was kept immaculate, the service from all was great. Ask and you shall receive seemed to be their motto. We shall return!!!!!
Hope we're invited! - Bob and Susan

Tom and Jessica From Tom and Jessica who had two wonderful weeks at Hidden Paradise- Jan. 2001:
We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The staff was so accommodating and we especially enjoyed eating breakfast out on the veranda overlooking the palm reserve. Our favorite breakfast was the "special" one made up by Sonia: banana and cinnamon pancakes. If we ever return to Negril we will use Onestop. Tula, our driver, was very friendly and informative, and the reservation process for hotel and airport transfer made everything on our end so easy.
Thanks again for a great vacation!!
It was our pleasure. - Bob and Susan

From Nancy and her husband who spent a week's vacation at Negril Cabins- March 2001:
Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Negril Cabins from March 20-27, 2001. Everything was perfect. We will definitely use your service again. We hope to take our daughter and her husband this winter. Our driver Kirk was wonderful. I broke my arm at YS Falls but that hardly put a damper on anything. Oh well, I have great stories to tell.
Nancy didn't let anything stand in the way of having a great holiday!! - Bob and Susan

From Chris Geiser and friends who spent their March break at Hidden Paradise- March 2001:
Wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the beautiful island of Jamaica. I also want to express my thanks for the first spring break of 3 that something did not go terribly wrong. The transport was on time and the hotel was located perfectly. I hope to return to Negril soon. I'll be pushing your website to a lot of my friends for next year.

From Alyssa and her friends who spent their March break at Hidden Paradise- March 2001:
Thanks so much for the help. We had a wonderful time & the hotel was great. I will recommend you to all my friends for trips to Jamaica. Thanks again, maybe you will hear from me again next year.

From Danny Bell and 25 of his closest friends who stayed at Negril Inn- February 2001:
We had a great time. Wish we could have stayed longer. The beach was beautiful, the food was super good, and the staff was most helpful. Everything you promised was delivered. I would go back tomorrow if I could. You and Susan did a great job we really appreciate it. We had a great time and will be happy to use your services again on our next trip.

Joe, Linda and Shorty From Joe and Linda who stayed at Negril Cabins- January 2001:
Wonderful landscaping, beautiful architecture, very secluded and romantic. We will definitely consider returning another time. Service was excellent. The food and the staff were outstanding. We had the inclusive breakfast. It was a great display of tropical fruits and juices along with some native meals, eggs or omelet, fresh breads and Jamaican coffee. We found the Jamaican people to be very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the fact that you could be by the pool or go to the beach. We could just stay at the hotel the whole time and not leave.
Thanks again for your suggestion,
Joe and Linda H.

From Shirley F. and family who stayed at Negril Inn- New Years 2000:
Just wanted to let you know that we had a great trip. Travel was without incident, the airport transfer went as planned and the Negril Inn was just as we remembered it. Food was good. Staff helpful. Rooms simple but clean. New Years Eve party was great, including the largest crowd on the beach I have ever seen, with fireworks at midnight. Our son and daughter-in-law had a great time too. Thanks for helping us have a memorable vacation. We will definitely use you again.

From Donna,Larry and friends who enjoyed Negril Inn- November 2000:
Hi Susan and Bob,
I just wanted you to know that we had a great time in Negril! The only problem I found is that the week went too fast! I didn't want to come home! I feel like I made alot of great (lifetime) friends...the staff was fantastic at Negril Inn...and they all made us feel so welcome! I will be returning there one of these days and I will probably have to go right back to Negril Inn...I know that the staff and service at other hotels couldn't have been as great as the service we received! I would like to have a mailing address so I can stay in touch if that is at all possible...I fell in love with Negril and all the people there...I will never forget the wonderful vacation in Negril....Thanks so much Susan for all you did in helping me plan for this vacation! Tell Paul hello for me and all his wonderful staff!
Thanks Donna

From Kerri who went with two friends to Coral Seas Cliff Resort - Oct. 2000
Hi Susan and Bob-
I was truly blessed to find your website. The people we met thru you were the most wonderful people. We had the perfect vacation and can't wait to go back next year. Even if we don't win the contest we will still be going back, but winning will make it much easier. The Coral Seas Cliffs was wonderful. The views were spectacular and the people we met were absolutely fabulous. From our bartenders Hopeton and Kevin to the security guard Howard to the groundsman Dwight. They all took really good care of us and made us feel at home. Dwight even took us to a big party and kept us safe. Kevin took us sight seeing around Negril on his morning off along with another friend we made, Omar. Tula our driver to and from Montego Bay was very nice and funny and tried to educate us during the drive.
Expect to hear back from us next year. We will definitely use your company again. Between you and all the friendly people we met in Negril we truly spent 6 days in paradise.

From Anne who took a last minute flight and stayed at Catcha Falling Star Cottages - Aug. 2000
Thanks so much. A good time was had by all. Everything went smoothly, appreciate your help at the last minute. Venus suited us perfectly.

From the Hickey family from England who spent two weeks in August 2000 at Hidden Paradise
Hidden Paradise is a real gem...right in the middle of the beach and easy to get to town but so quiet and pretty. We loved the tropical gardens and pool especially. Sonia the cook and Alan the security man were particularly friendly and helpful to us.
The travel arrangements went according to plan and Tula the driver was waiting for us with a big reassuring smile. We hired him and his minibus twice more during our stay to take us on trips and he proved to be an excellent guide. The trips were better than the very organized ones we did last year through the tour operator.

From Laurel and Kyle who stayed at Bar-B-Barn Resort - Aug, 2000
We just wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time in Negril. The Bar-B-Barn was exactly what we wanted: safe, clean, and affordable. We definitely want to return at some point in time, so we'll keep you guys in mind. Thanks for all of your help.

From Tobi and Leila from Austria who stayed the end of May, 2000 at Hidden Paradise:
First of all, I wanted to thank you guys for doing such a professional service, even on that short notice(1 day before arrival). Everything went fine when we got to Hidden Paradise which means your organization was just perfect. I think I have an idea of what I'm talking about as I'm a travel agent myself. It was a pleasure to deal with you and all the best in the future.

From Janice who stayed with a friend in May, 2000 at Negril Inn:
Hi there, well we made it home OK. Am letting you know we had a wonderful time. I will go back as soon as I can.
We went somewhere every day and got lots of rest and sun. The people at Negril Inn were just great to us, they made us feel like royalty. Sharon was so nice to us, also Louie is my #10 man, I have four brothers, four sons, one husband and Louie is #10.
Thanks for everything.

From Mikla who booked a cottage in May, 2000 at Catcha Falling Star Cottages:
First I wanted to thank you for stopping by, it's always very nice to put a face with someone that you've communicated with. It makes the world a little smaller and personable.
Secondly, I wanted to thank you for arranging our stay at Catcha. Everything was wonderful. The view was simply incredible, the accommodations enchanting and the staff the very embodiment of Jamaican hospitality. Everyone was very helpful. I raved so much upon my arrival home that my aunt is planning on going there for her Anniversary in November. No doubt I will be keeping in touch to make the arrangements with you.
I'll be coming back to Jamaica in August, could you possibly weave that magic that you do so well and find me another place?

From Andrew and Beth who stayed April 12-18, 2000 at Negril Inn:
What can I say? We had a wonderful time! Everything went so smoothly, there was NOTHING to complain about. As Bob and Susan promised, they took care of everything...all we did was show up and the rest was paradise. The folks (every single one) and accommodations at Negril Inn were great. The service was excellent and there was nothing we needed that we didn't get. The folks there put a lot of effort into making sure the guests stay entertained and comfortable, but nothing too pushy. What can I say??? We were impressed. So much so, that we're planning another trip later this year. Absolutely fabulous! Thanks, Bob & Susan. You both do wonderful work.

From Dee who went to Coral Seas Beach:
Thanks to Bob & Susan we had a great first visit to Jamaica. The driver they arranged (Kirk) was a good driver (they drive on the left side of the road you know) and a really great ambassador of Jamaica - friendly and helpful in any way. I can highly recommend Onestop as the place to go when you want to arrange your visit to Jamaica and Negril as THE place to enjoy. Bob & Susan helped us over airline flight delays, with personal attentiveness, that other travel agents wouldn't have even been available to deal with. If you're a first time, or return visitor to Negril you won't be disappointed with Bob & Susan leading the way. (Thanks Dee)

From Rashmi from Virginia:
"You two have been a HUGE help and we thank you immensely. I would like to say that you really know how to run a business that clearly upholds customer service as a standard."

From Georgia who went to Hidden Paradise:
"My friends and I had a great time in Negril! We were really happy with Hidden Paradise--everyone was really nice and breakfast was great. We also really liked Kirk, who picked us up from the airport."

From Pam who went to the Negril Beach Club Condos:
"Just wanted to let you know we had a fabulous time in negril. The Negril Beach Club Condos were fine and Jean and her crew did much to make us feel welcome"

From the Harmon family who spent the Millennium at Footeprints On The Sands Resort:
"We felt we had to send a note to you about our holiday in Negril. In one word-terrific! All of us agreed that we could not have had a better time and that Footeprints was just exactly right for us. They could not have been more accommodating or more friendly. I think it's the only place we could have stayed where we had no concern about the noise the kids made or their safety. We all will remember our happy Negril holiday for many years to come."

From Bob and Chris who stayed at Coral Seas Cliff:
"Thank you both for all of your help booking our honeymoon. We had the best time and plan on going back next September for our first anniversary. We suggest to anyone going to rent a motor scooter and ride the hills out of Negril.....we had a blast mixing with the native people. However they did look at us funny when we were riding the scooter and singing....."

From Sheryl who went to Hidden Paradise Resort:
"Thanks Sue the last minute accommodations were the best, I've had in 5 years!!! Hidden Paradise suited our needs perfectly and the staff at Hidden Paradise were GREAT!!"

From Bill who took his young daughter to Coral Seas Cliff:
(Before trip)-"Thank you for your great service. It has been great dealing with you. I hope that the rest of my trip goes this smoothly. I really enjoy doing business over the internet."
(After trip)- "My daughter and I had a GREAT time! Everything went smoothly as you promised. Jamaica is beautiful and the people there make the place the perfect spot for a vacation. Crime was non-existent as you said and I will recommend Jamaica to my friends. I was so pleased that I will be going back in June. I like the Coral Seas because of the kitchen and the cooking I can do. We ate fresh fruit and fish and many of the local fares."
